GoogleRyan and Jas were helpful from day 1 when we recently purchased a property through Loveitts (Leamington Spa). Very professional, kept in regular communication and helped push the transaction along despite the various challenges along the way! Would highly recommend and would look to use them if we ever decided to sell - thank you both.

GoogleRecently purchased a property in Leamington Spa via Loveitts. During the purchase, I dealt closely with Jas and Ryan. I must say that Loveitts are the first estate agents who made the complete end-to-end process trouble free. The team is extremely customer focused and the response time is phenomenally great. Each and every staff member makes best possible attempt to provide honest and transparent information. I really enjoyed dealing with them and wish them good luck in the coming days. All the best.

GoogleI'm in the process to moving my family to Coventry, and finding an accommodation was quite frustrating. Many property agents strangely did not respond to my email when I contacted them through link provided in their own adv. Some did not even respond when I contacted them through their own website. Some agents responded, just to say they couldn't help me unless I come in person. When I contacted Loveitts, one of their staff responded to my emails, but then did not respond again for 2 weeks. When I contacted them again, I spoke to Rebekah, and everything went smooth from that point. She was responsive, helpful and professional. I will recommend anybody who is looking for an accommodation to speak directly to her to have better experience.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleTheir policy is that you must sign the tenancy application in order to view the property.. How can someone submit a tenancy application without viewing the property at all?
Apirin, When asking to view a property with Loveitts we take certain details in advance, but this is not a submission of a tenancy application but simply gathering information. GoogleShocking and upsetting behaviour from staff at the Warwick Row office. No only was i spoken too in a patronising and condescending way by numerous people at this office I was also sniggered and laughed at while on a phone call. While the engineer was in the home, the office called the engineer and was on loudspeaker and we over heard the office saying the tenant is stupid ... shocking, no more wordsNegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value
We have read your review and have fully investigated the matter. Loveitts do not want any customer to have a negative experience and it was not our intention to sound patronising. The investigation conducted has highlighted a different version of events and whilst we respect your position in this review, we are satisfied that at no point were staff insulting during the phone conversation.

GoogleLoveitts have been great, right from Charis valuing the property who was incredibly encouraging but realistic as well, to Chelsey selling the property in a very short space of time and in the winter months, to Machelle chasing up the loose ends pushing it through and keeping me informed throughout the process. I'm glad I chose Loveitts.

GoogleVery patronising and rude manager, no customer service skills, do not rent a property from them unless you want to be charged unnecessarily and insulted. Unfortunately although the situation was explained in the end, the manner of which I was spoken to was unacceptable. When providing a service, you should fully hear out my point of view, and then explain the situation in a polite and professional manner. You DO NOT cut off the person who is speaking, and tell them to use their fingers to count to seven like a child would. This is completely unwarranted, all that was needed was for you to show an understanding of my point of view, and then explain yours politely. If you want to contact me regarding how this can be improved in the future then please feel free to do so and I will be more than happy to provide some much needed advice in your customer service skills.
Loveitts confirms the conversation was not intended to be patronising but simply an attempt to explain a complex situation. The end result was that the issue at hand was explained and understood fully from our point of view. If you would like to discuss this further again with our lettings team we invite you to call us again.

GoogleAvoid at all costs! Rude/Unprofessional and not worth your time or money. Take your business elsewhere. It was a nightmare to close a tenancy with this agent. They even lied in their evidence and fabricated false documents submitted to Tenancy Deposit Scheme adjudication case. AVOID!

He set me up with a quick viewing for a place and everything else went smoothly. No agency fees and the team was fast and professional. GoogleSara Herbert and Sally Wilkins sold a house of mine via auction, one which I was struggling to sell in open market with another agent due to the nature of buyers these days, offering high, then trying to haggle a £20k discount before signing. So the frustration for me as a landlord trying to offload an empty property for 2 months prior was high when I asked Loveitts to take over. They dealt with every headache seamlessly considering I am no longer living in the UK and they sold the property in 4 mins in the next online auction they hosted for the top market price I asked for:). Needless to say I will be sending more properties through to them and thank them so much for an incredible service. Highly recommended to every landlord and investor who has little time to manage these headaches themselves!

GoogleBooked a viewing for a property in advance and told them to notify me if anyone else shows interest so I don't waste train ticket money to get there. I was told a day before the viewing that it was cancelled with no warning. When I called them and asked them why this has happened the woman on the phone patronized me and read off her script. Incredibly unprofessional, condescending and poor customer service (they couldn't even spell my name right in the emails). I will never use their service again and will not recommend them to anyone.
