We have just sold a property via Loveitts (Jas) and would highly recommend this agent's service. Jas was professional, informative, patient and resilient at all times, and helped support and navigate what was a difficult contract process

Highly recommended! We recently bought our first home in Leamington Spa through Loveitts. Thanks to Jas Bagri and Ryan the whole process was very smooth. They are easily accessible, very responsive and professional.

We have just purchased our first home together as a family. As first time buyers we obviously had lots of questions and Jas always responded promptly and with as much information as he could. Communication has been excellent and Jas and Ryan are very good at making sure everything runs smoothly, they are both very approachable and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for all your help 😊

Myself and my husband bought a house 5 years ago with Loveitts and yesterday late afternoon I called with a quest the person who answered the phone was very polite and said that the person that could help was busy but he would get back to us ASAP. For my surprise less then 5 minimum Jas Bagri returned my call and he remembered us and he was so friend and professional he was interested in what we were asking him he made sure he understood our quest and accept to help us with the urgent letter that we needed. We would like to say big THANK YOU Jas for being so prompt and helpful to me and my family. Nothing seemed to much trouble for him.

An excellent service from Loveitts, and especially Jas. I say this from the perspective of the purchaser (not vendor, so I didn't appoint the agent, but when I next sell a property I'll be coming to Jas). Jas dealt with a complicated purchase, always on hand to answer queries, fast turn around and managed the various stakeholders with great skill. Thank you - you made a stressful activity that much more bearable.

Had a great experience with the Loveitts team in Leamington. Jas, Ryan & the team helped us throughout the process of closing on a property. Our previous experience with another company was of 'pushy' estates agents but our experience with Loveitts particularly Jas and Ryan was great, they were assertive and on the ball every step of the way. Would recommend to others.

Jas from Loveitts was amazing , he was the driving force behind our entire house sale & purchase . Always available, fantastic advice, he went beyond his role to help - due to my experience with Jas directly I would happily list my property for sale with Loveitts in the future should I ever choose to move . Efficient, professional and generally a great guy to deal with .

I chose Loveitts because when Jas Bagri came to view and discuss marketing the property I was impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and manner. I didn’t even consult another agent! Throughout the process he was diligent and helpful and particularly good at liaising between parties. On the odd occasion that Jas was not available his colleagues, particularly Ryan, were always aware of matters in hand and able to help. The sale was negotiated and managed well and I had confidence in Jas to deal with enquiries. I was so pleased that Jas more than justified my initial impression of him and did all that he promised in a calm and thorough manner, he is a lovely chap and the whole team work very well together.

After years of having trouble with renting our property in Coventry we found Loveitts Estate Agents who were recommended by the neighbour of the said property. It has been the best decision we have made. Jade has been absolutely amazing, her professionalism and persistence in finding us good tenants has to be commended. We have had a run of bad luck with this property from tenants to actual agents who have destroyed the property. We are delighted to be able to hand over the property to Jade and have full faith in the entire team at Loveitts for all their efforts and hard work and not giving up, when we wanted too. Many thanks Jade and here's to many years of business together x

Useless. They posted a property to let but they "forgot" to mention the landlord don't accept kids.

I have used Loveitts for the past 6 or 7 years. They are in my estimation by far the best local Estate Agent and Letting Agent. Attention to detail is fantastic and they are what I would call a true business partner, addressing issues early and working with both tenants and landlords to make sure everything runs smoothly. I would recommend them every time. Having used many other letting Agents in Nuneaton, I would not hesitate in recommending these above all the rest ..

I have used Loveitts Nuneaton for a number of years now for my 2 rental properties and I cannot fault the agency in any way. They are also professional, helpful and efficient. We were new to being a landlord and Loveitts guided and helped every step of the way and it is brilliant to know that our rent is paid every month and on time and tenants moving in and out is also handled with ease and no stress. Thanks Loveitts

Warm and professional. My experience with the gentleman who showed me the house, the lady who helped me in the transaction process, and the other young gentleman who handed over the key, was all pleasant. Will perhaps go to them if I have to sell something in the future.

Our experience of Loveitts while trying to purchase a new build property has to be the worst we have ever had. Despite selling three of the four properties on the same development they still did not know the property was not connected to mains drains and it took them three weeks to find out this information. In addition to this the property was not at it was described breaching numerous planning conditions. Luckily after speaking with Rugby Borough Council Planning Department we decided to withdraw our offer. Within minutes the property was re listed on Rightmove with no alterations to the description. I just hope for the new buyers sake Loveitts have disclosed the issues and they are rectified before they exchange so they are not left with the cost of sorting out the issues themselves.

Loveitts Estate Agents were magnificent, from our initial viewing, through to completion. No request was too much trouble for them. Beth our sales contact was the driving force behind our buying experience and was even contacting our house sales side of the deal to push things along. She contantly onto the solicitors and bringing all the parties together going above and beyond to bring this sale to a close. A very big thank you...
