GoogleLoveitts have gone over and above with the care they have for their tenants, they are so helpful, polite and I have expressed this to my family, friends and work colleagues the excellent service they provide and I just want to mention Avril and Katie are amazing people at loveitts in Nuneaton and I can't thank them enough for everything they have done for me.

GoogleThere is no negative rating for this very cheap and unprofessional service. Today, I had an appointment at 2 o'clock. I called them beforehand to confirm, and an hour before the appointment, I called again, and they confirmed it. However, exactly at 2 o'clock, they didn't send an email, message, or call. I called them again at 2 o'clock, and they said my meeting was canceled. This is unacceptable, and they didn't inform me in advance. Very bad service. Don't prefer this agency; it is the worst ever. My entire day was wasted because of this agency. I traveled from London to Coventry for a one-hour appointment, and they cheated me.

GoogleI have just bought a house through Lovetts in Leamington Spa. I rarely write reviews but I wanted to acknowledge that Jas Bagri and Ryan Kros were great. They went over and above with what was at times a difficult process with the vendor. Always positive and patient and very communicative. I could not recommend them more highly!

GoogleI recently had a disappointing experience with this company. Despite our efforts to communicate and resolve issues, there was a consistent lack of clarity and responsiveness. We were hit with unexpected notices and unreasonable cleaning charges despite leaving the property spotless. Maintenance concerns, including a leaky roof and damaged walls, were repeatedly ignored. Sadly, our overall experience was unsatisfactory, and I wouldn’t recommend their services to others.

GoogleBoth my partner and I have recently purchased a house in the Leamington Spa area. We were looked after and guided through the sale by Jas Bagri (residential sales manager). We were very satisfied with the service we received. Jas was very respectful, reliable and is a great ambassador for Loveitts. I would like to particularly highlight how approachable and reachable he was, always replying promptly to queries or questions. It made the whole process very easy. GoogleWe were very well looked after by Ryan and Jas. They were always quick to help, arranging extra viewings, dealing with our queries and courteous throughout the whole process. They maintained excellent communication throughout between us and the seller and this was very much appreciated. Our only constructive comment is that the printed literature was scant. There were too few photographs of the rooms and some details were inaccurate. Thank you so much to the team at Loveitts for your professional dealings with us. It made the process of buying our new home less stressful.
