I had a really bad experience with the staffs, especially the letting manager. There were so many miscommunication among them and that had cost us our deposit. We called so many times they always provide wrong information and they ignored our calls when we tried with some other numbers they used receive and tell some different stories. Management is really worst and manager as well.

Good afternoon, We understand your frustration with the situation that has ensued.  Sadly, as we explained, as we are not the landlords, we were unable to agree to the early release of your tenancy as we are just the agents and not the landlord. We did try in every avail to sort the situation for you.  As much as we can see that you may blame Loveitts for this situation, we are simply the middle man in this situation.  We wish you well in your new home.

We had a very good experience with Loveitts. From viewing to moving, it was smooth and transparent. I would like to mention Mr. Kyran Patel was really calm and professional and made sure to answer our silly questions patiently. Thank you Team Loveitts.

Amy is by far the rudest person I have ever dealt with in all my life, they wont have any customers left if it is Amy dealing with them, rude, abrupt, no care for history, so very unprofessional. Shame

Pickle · 13 March 2025 · Loveitts Coventry

Agent replied · 14 April 2025

Good morning, Given that your username does not confirm your identity and that Amy has received no negative feedback from any of her clients, both Amy and Loveitts are unsure where this review originated. We would appreciate it if you could contact Chris Edsall, Head of Department, to discuss this further.

Extremely poor service. Some may describe them as a bunch of clowns in disguise

Steven · 17 November 2024 · Loveitts Coventry

Agent replied · 8 December 2024

Hi Steven, we regret that you feel disappointed with the service you received and understand how frustrating this situation must have been. The sale process can sometimes take unexpected turns, and while we always strive to keep all parties informed, certain decisions ultimately rest with the vendor, including accepting a higher offer. We welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns further and work to address any outstanding issues. Please don’t hesitate to contact our team directly, and we will do our best to assist you.

There is no negative rating for this very cheap and unprofessional service. Today, I had an appointment at 2 o'clock. I called them beforehand to confirm, and an hour before the appointment, I called again, and they confirmed it. However, exactly at 2 o'clock, they didn't send an email, message, or call. I called them again at 2 o'clock, and they said my meeting was canceled. This is unacceptable, and they didn't inform me in advance. Very bad service. Don't prefer this agency; it is the worst ever. My entire day was wasted because of this agency. I traveled from London to Coventry for a one-hour appointment, and they cheated me.

Thank you for your feedback. We take all reviews seriously and strive to provide the best service to all our clients. To investigate this matter further, please contact the office and provide us with more details about your appointment, such as the property address and the name of the agent you were scheduled to meet. Our system has no record of you or a property appointment. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced. We are keen to look into the matter, as we may have been confused with another agent.

Despite giving a leaving notice of 3 month period, still haunt you for rent. Disappointing service, disgraceful behaviour. What do I have to do to take my name off the tenancy?? Why couldn't you tell me when I handed over 3 month notice what things are required for getting offthe contract? Why were you not transparent about it then? This is the trickery and dubious behaviour that you guys exhibit. If I tell you that I am leaving, I am not concerned about the other person. You should have entered into a new contract with the other person and NOT kept me in the contract. And you should've told me what else I should do do to get my name off the contract, which you haven't even done till date!!

Vee · 13 October 2024 · Loveitts Coventry

Agent replied · 13 October 2026

Hello Varun Thank you for your feedback. We take all reviews seriously and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation. As per your joint tenancy agreement, all tenants are jointly and severally liable for the rent. This means that even if one tenant leaves, the remaining tenants and the departing tenant are responsible for ensuring that the rent is paid in full until the tenancy ends or is officially transferred. We understand that you provided a three-month notice. However, as your name remained on the tenancy agreement, you were still legally obligated to contribute to the rent during this period. Our actions aligned with the lease terms, and we aim to ensure that all parties involved reasonably met the contractual obligations. We apologise if this caused any frustration or misunderstanding. We strive to provide clear communication and a fair service to all our tenants. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

I am landlord, I didn't know how the holding operates and what it means. I was innocent in all this and Rebekah and Claire are both not nice people at Loveitt. I apologize and they still they said they didn't want me to use their office. They didn't what work with Me. Bias towards tenants. It's sad. They abuse they power. I am very nice person they didn't deserve me.

Hina · 13 October 2024 · Loveitts Coventry

Agent replied · 24 August 2024

Hello Hina We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with our service. We always strive to provide the best experience for our clients. To clarify, your property was being marketed by both Loveitts and another agent. When we noticed a 'let' board displayed at your property belonging to the other agent, we inquired with them about the status and were informed that a holding deposit had been received a week prior, and you failed to notify us of this critical detail. We are regulated and always abide by the rulings passed within our industry; according to the Tenant Fee Bill, all marketing and viewings must cease once a holding deposit is taken. When we communicated the legal position to you, you requested that we continue with viewings and applications, which would have been against the law. Our refusal to comply with this request was based on our commitment to following legal guidelines and ensuring ethical practices in our operations. We understand your frustration but must adhere to legal and ethical standards to protect all parties involved.

I had a disappointing experience with this letting agency. They scheduled a viewing for an apartment, and I arrived 10 minutes early, but no one showed up even after 30 minutes. When I called them, their response was unprofessional, with no apology or explanation. They clearly don't value their clients' time or commitments. I would caution anyone considering this agency to think twice.

Shreya · 13 October 2024 · Loveitts Coventry

Agent replied · 24 August 2024

Hello Shreya We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you experienced. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait for a scheduled viewing that did not proceed as planned. Upon reviewing the situation, we found that we had to cancel the viewing due to unforeseen circumstances. Our records show that we called, emailed, and texted to inform you of the cancellation. We regret that these notifications may have been overlooked. We genuinely value our clients' time and commitments, and we never intend to cause any inconvenience. We are committed to improving our communication processes to prevent such occurrences in the future. Thank you for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

I had one experience with Lovettis Coventry, the first and will most definitely be my last! Called in for a query and the arrogance and lack of manners of the “lady” on the phone! Shocking! I actually should thank you whoever you are, because of your miserable attitude towards me I came across the most amazing estate agents in Coventry, with such absolutely lovely, most polite professionals. Your loss! Recommending some serious training on manners when dealing with the public!

Not professional. As we had a sale agreed, they ask for a lot of documentations which I provided them. But they haven’t told me that it is in chain. When they told me, at that time, He said the vendor is happy to break the chain, then another person enters who was in charge of the case and said she is not going to break the chain. I even have the valuation done. Loss a lot of money and time. They don’t have serious sellers.

Hamza · 13 October 2024 · Loveitts Coventry

Agent replied · 11 June 2024

Hello, Hamza; thank you for your feedback and concerns regarding handling the sale of the property you were interested in. I understand your frustration and want to address the points you've raised. Firstly, we apologise if there was any confusion regarding the chain involved in the property sale process. When we discussed the possibility of breaking the chain, it was merely presented as one of the potential outcomes, not a definite course of action. I aimed to clarify this matter with you on several occasions. Throughout our interactions, I made efforts to ensure that you were informed about the implications of the chain and its potential impact on your purchase. I did not guarantee that the chain would be broken, and I reiterated this point during our recent discussions. I understand that this situation has caused you inconvenience and financial loss, and we sincerely apologise. It was never our intention to mislead or provide false expectations. Moving forward, we are committed to addressing any concerns and assisting you in navigating the property market to find a suitable alternative. Please feel free to contact us directly if you want to discuss this matter further or if there's anything else I can assist you with.

Jas was absolutely brilliant. We sold on a chain and the house we were buying was with Loveitts. We found Jas to be amazing. He was extremely professional and went over and above to push for slow solicitors and make sure we got the house we loved. We felt he really listened to all our concerns and provided resolutions which exceeded our expectations. 100% recommend Loveitts and will only ever work with Jas again. He is an asset to the company and made a difficult situation so much easier by keeping us up to date continuously and also ensuring the process moved along. He worked even harder than our own estate agents we had to sell our house and it shows his integrity to his clients.

We moved to Loveitts after a difficult experience with another agent. Loveitts have been fantastic. In particular, we've had really good support from Jas Bagri. His patience and guidance has been invaluable. The house we've sold wasn't an easy project; it needed some serious renovation. Jas' help to navigate the good and bad news from surveys etc, and the time delays, was crucial to get us over the line. I would not hesitate to recommend Lovietts and Jas Bagri. Thank you
