Loveitts completely disagree with your comments and can categorically state your remarks are wrong . This review was left two minutes after previous comments and appears to show an agenda out of our control. Loveitts have acted diligently with respect to this application and the application fee was refunded.

GoogleSold a house with loveitts and it was a dreadful experience. Then, when trying to complain to directors I was repeatedly ignored. I've had one letter answered but my final two letters have not been answered at all. Overall very poor service and dismissive, arrogant and rude if challenged over service (or lack of it) I would recommend avoiding using Loveitts at all cost.

Googlesuch a waste of money with this agency, i don t care, but u charged me £50 for a cooker, based on what you said that it wasn t clean, Now I have to take the cleaning agency to court because of that, when I should take you, but what can I do, everything will cost me more than the bloody deposit, so is not wort it to get stress over a situation like this, just because your service is really low, when i rented out 1 year 6 months ago, i had to wait two weeks for you to do cleaning, when i finally got the key, and i went to the property, i found it in a bad condition i don' t know what cleaning have you done in there, after the tenant before me u had to change everything, what did u change after me, a plug which suppose to cost you £30, but you charged me £66, LOL. And the cooker, again it wasn t clean, nothing else, the property was in much better condition, when I left it, then when i first moved in, this is not nice, that other people can to things like this to other people. the worst experience in my life so far. Don' t consider to rent from them, as they are nice with you at the beginning, but at the end of the contract, you can wait like forever to give your deposit back, also they give several stupid reasons why they are doing this, absolutely not a good agency at all. 😤😤👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 I am sorry to tell u but I haven t damage the property, and I have left the house way more clean then I got it when I moved in.. still haven t got my deposit back...

Alex, I am disappointed to read your comments. I can confirm that the property was damaged and cleaning took place at the property which delayed the return of the deposit. We have clear evidence showing the reasons for this taking place and would add that on completion, the deposit was returned. If you wish to discuss this further call us on 024 7622 8111.

GoogleI have just completed on the purchase of a property through Loveitts, Southam, dealing with Louise for the initial purchase / negotiation, and Cathy for sales progression. They have both been absolutely fantastic to work with. Communication in particular was very good which just meant everything has gone really smoothly.

GoogleLoveitts were kind, friendly, and quick to respond to any enquiries and requests we made…. Until we signed the Tenancy Agreement document. We were made aware of problems on the Itinerary that would be getting fixed….. more than 90 days, several calls and emails ago. Once you’ve signed they are all talk and no action.

GoogleGreat service from Loveitts. Recently rented a house with them , they were extremely helpful and offered lots of advice as this is quite a new experience for me. The staff were all really helpful and kept me updated regularly. Paula & Della earn a specific mention. Fees were reasonable and realistic too, lots pf other agents trying to charge silly money and basing fees on 2 adults when only 1 adult occupying. Refreshing change. Thank you!

With regards to gazumping, this is not something that we actively encourage but are legally bound to put all offers to our clients, the same as every other estate agent. We know it is frustrating for purchasers but it is completely out of our control and we would be breaking the law by not putting all offers forward.

GoogleDO NOT let a property from these. They did nothing but lie and screw me over. Even after 10 days im still chasing them for a deposit I should be getting back! They tricked me into letting a house that was long term to be sold 4 months later and pretended they knew nothing. They even took photos without my permission. ..... be very very cautious

Claire, I am disappointed to hear that you found our service poor. We at Loveitts always strive to provide a professional service. The property was advertised for letting only when you rented the property, but the individual circumstances of the landlord changed meaning the house was advertised for sale during your tenancy. The deposit was subsequently returned in a timely manner. On advertising the property for sale, we did gain permission to take photographs and respected the sensitivity of the matter.

GoogleWorst experience I ever had with estate agency. You are only important till you sign the contract, if you need any maintenance sorted, you're at the bottom of their list. They log the calls but only for the sake of it because they don't pass a message on the relevant person. I've just spent a couple of minutes again with the receptionist spelling my name, telling the problem to find out when my contact person is back from his lunch break, then I have to call again. What a waste of my time and their resource.

GoogleMade an offer on a house and tried to negotiate a deal but these so called professional bunch had for sale and i have had to chase them constantly for feed back from the vendor!! and answer to my offer!! it has been like pulling teeth dealing with this lot!!! so the house is now up with another agent and have the deal sealed already!!! i hope the business owner reads this as £4800 in commission has just left the building!!!

GoogleHow this estate agent is still in business is beyond me. Truly awful 'customer service'. Extremely rude and so very bad that we took our rental business elsewhere. I would never ever darken these doors again !
