GoogleI wouldn't recommend this estate agency in any way shape or form to let your house. They do not support landlords, don't follow up with checks or act on any breaches of tenancy contracts. They are inexperienced, advice they give is completely wrong and do not manage your property. Do not use them.

They are nothing but a bunch liars who only gives false information and do all sort of dodgy work to get the rent out from you and never help with anything.
They should be banned to do any business in the Country because whatever they do is suspicious.
They do not have any idea about anything and have no experience to run the business and most of their staff are rude and inexperienced and cannot do anything properly.
As per the Company House, they were charged with the case in the past which can tell the history of their corrupt business.
I warn everything to stay away from these fraudsters else you will cry.

GoogleI was supposed to view a house for rent today with Jade. We arranged this meeting 3 days in advance, and she didn't show up although I dropped her emails and provided my phone number. The interesting part was that when I was in front of the building, a dog beonged to one of neighbours attacked me!! Lady didn't try to stop it, and didn't apologiezed!! I believe that if Jade was there, she could manage specifications like neighbours behaviour and their dogs!!! It was a complete diaster!!

GoogleI used Loveitts Auctions coventry to sell a property for us . We needed it sold quickly as we had a project that we needed funds for. I called them on the monday and they were out on the Wednesday to measure up. I gave them a set of keys there and then and left. I gave them my reserve price which they thought was achievable. I left Coventry and headed back home .
I was looked after by Sara Herbet who did a great job . I was contacted by the auction team after viewings with notice of offers prior to the sale day i was very tempted to take the offers being presented as they were above my reserve but was advised that due to the amount of interest it would be better to take it to the room . I did think that it was easy for them to say that as they had nothing to lose as opposed to me possibly losing out in the room . In the end i took the advice from Sara and let it go to the room .
I didn't attend the auction as it was in the evening and in coventry and i am based in London . I thought i would have to wait till the morning to find out the result but that wasn't the case Sara called me and that my property had sold for more than twice the Guide price ! It was a brilliant result and the advice given was spot on. 28 days later money is in my account no messing around with surveyors etc !
If you need a house sold quick at a good price in Coventry then Sara Herbet and the team at loveitts auctions are the people to use .

GoogleUnprofessional, unable to sort problems which they need to sort out. We were delayed 4 days with the moving because they couldn't do the gas safety certificate in 10 days after we paid the deposit and first months rent. (paid on the 10th of sept, original move in
date 20th of sept, actual move in date, 24th of sept) No conpensation. End of tennacy 200 pounds taken off the deposit for giving them the apartment back in a better state than it has been given to us.

GoogleOne of the worst Estate Agent in the entire UK where only unprofessional works who have no idea how the system works and they only LIE to the Landlords and the Tenants.
There is no process to escalate or complaint about any matter and they simply avoid your emails.
God know how they are claiming to be the Market leader when the service is extremely poor and ridiculous.
They seriously need to improve else soon they will have to close down the office and someone will take strict action against them.
All I can say is train your staff so they will stop telling false information to the customers and focus on the work.
My suggestion to you guys is to update your outdated system and try to invest and automate the things instead of old school paper work where the chances of mistakes are very high and that is what I have been facing from day one and the only way to avoid this is to concentrate and focus on the work and do not take extra in your plate when you know you cannot finish it because taking less is better then providing awful service to everyone.

It is very disappointing to read this review and refute claims made. A large volume of emails were sent on a regular basis and these emails were responded to in a timely manner. We act with professionalism and a vast legal knowledge of the market place, with the end result being that a long term contract was agreed with money paid in advance by the incoming tenant. We feel this was an excellent result for the landlord.

GoogleIt all started well with the advertising and promise of selling within 6 weeks - and definitely checking a buyer’s ability to fund the house purchase. Then when we agreed the sale we were constantly told different reasons for the sale not going through - eg it was the buyer’s birthday., they couldn’t get a mortgage (we were assured they were cash buyers) and once told it was alright for us to wait as house was empty!
We were made to feel uncomfortable - and not looked after at all. Loveitts did everything for the buyers and not a lot for us the vendors. The sale finally went through 5 months later at a lower price with Loveitts being paid by us.

I was obviously disappointed to read your review of our handling of this particular sale. Not sure if you were speaking for all the executors involved here or were just speaking for yourself but I’m sure you’ll appreciate from the extensive communications, emails, telephone calls and general correspondence in this case (as relayed to all three executors) this sale did prove to be a very involved and challenging transaction complicated by changing circumstances along the way. You were right in saying that the sale did start well in that our buyers were originally purchasing for cash in anticipation of an imminent completion on a sale of a parcel of land but when this failed to progress you were made fully aware of the buyers needing to sell and to obtain a mortgage which obviously delayed the transaction which was something beyond our control (albeit the executors could obviously have instructed us to remarket the property in these circumstances). However, our own view was that the originally agreed sale was the best way forward for the estate (with our achieving a very full price, originally at the £325,000 level) and it is assumed that you and your co-executors took the same view having regards to your legal obligations in this case. Moreover it is noted that the executors were particularly keen to sell to this particular party as someone you’d met and indeed indicated you liked. In any event, you will appreciate that the property (and we do obviously acknowledge the unfortunate delays along the way) ultimately sold for £18,100 above the base level guide price we were quoting (ie £318,100 which is over 6% above our original base asking price) which we consider to have been a very good result in a market (previously impacted by Brexit) where many vendors were accepting lower prices than the asking price to get their properties sold. Otherwise I have to refute in the strongest possible terms your suggestion that we effectively acted for the buyers rather than the sellers in this transaction and frankly find this to be an incredible suggestion (coming from an executor with the clear legal obligations attached to that position) when we achieved a price in excess of the guide price for the freehold here. Specifically Loveitts have always acted in the best interests of all of our vendor clients and will always continue to do so.
