I was looking for my parcel and checked the parcel room several times but cant find the post. I went both east and west just to make sure that I'm in the right place because the image I got from Royal mail was blurred, and the guy reception was very very kind and helpful, but when I asked the reception/security at park central east she was watching Youtube the whole time (VERY CERTAIN) maybe see that I'm an Asian so she was taunting me ,without looking at me, while saying: 'Why should I know where is the parcel room you are looking for.' I didn't ask her to find my parcel cuz I'm aware of the theft issue, all I've wanted was to confirm that if the picture was indicating the parcel room in Park central East and that's it ! She kept saying: 'You should go to Sainsburys to ask for advice and maybe find your parcel.' (which I don't even know what she meant by saying that) and also she said she is a security she cant help me find the room. I don't see any point a property security can't identify the parcel room for residents which roughly takes 2 seconds to do that.

I really like living here. The flat and common areas are very high spec, and I never hear noise from my neighbours. The reception staff and maintenance staff are all lovely, and super helpful. Isabel on reception and Ionut in the maintenance team especially.

The end of two brilliant years at Park Central East. I will certainly miss the sunset views across London from my balcony. But most of all I will miss the staff that work here. The soul of Park central East really is driven from the reception. The maintenance team that resolve any problem in a flash! Mandy, Tony and Lon that has been brilliant from day one. Milan, Shane, Mohammed, Isabel, Mark, and Hassan thank you all for all the amazing conversations day in and day out. Coming home to the friendliest staff and sharing stories and just talking about the day makes this place special. We will miss you all at Park central East and will be back to visit ♥️

My stay at Park Central East has been fabulous and it would not have been possible without the help of the wonderful Mandy Bath. She arranged for the apartment viewing in a space of half an hour. She explained everytjing to me and the entire process of renting was fully transparent. The other staff working here are also very courteous and efficient. Issues can be raised on an online residents portal and they get addressed swiftly. In case any action is required by the resident, the communication is done timely. I love staying here! While the connectivity to public transport is awesome, the place feels like home.

We were moving from Ireland to London and reached out to enquire about accommodation and we got through to Mandy. Mandy has been a huge all the easy through making the move super easy! I recently moved into Park Central East and have had an excellent experience so far. The society itself is fantastic, perfectly located in Elephant & Castle with easy access to all the amenities and the railway station. The gym and common areas are top-notch and well-maintained, adding to the overall appeal of the community. The concierge and other staff are also incredibly helpful and friendly, making the overall experience at Park Central East even more enjoyable. The leasing associate, Mandy was extremely proactive and helpful throughout the entire process, always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. She made the move-in process seamless and stress-free, unlike my prior experiences. The house itself is wonderful, with plenty of sunlight and a large living area, complete with high-quality furniture and appliances. The only downside is the lack of parking, but this is a small trade-off considering the fantastic location and all the other amenities the society has to offer. I highly recommend Park Central East for those looking for a well-located and well-maintained society with good amenities

I absolutely love it here. I've been living here with my partner for a year and a half now, and earlier this year extended our lease for an extra 2 years, as we loved it so much. The staff are excellent, really go to efforts to create a lovely atmosphere, and are always very helpful whenever I have any enquiries. Our leasing associate Mandy has always been extremely helpful and lovely whenever we've needed anything. Isabel from the front desk team is also always super friendly, helpful, and accommodating! They've done an amazing job of building a community here. We've made lots of friends within our block through social events that have been organised by the staff. There's also an excellent gym and communal lounge areas which I use daily; they have excellent facilities, and are always pristine! The flat itself is also excellent! Could not recommend Park Central East more! Thank you to all of the team for making our living experience so great! 💙
