Very good Customer Service from Alison and Sam

Alison was very helpful and friendly. We wanted a two bedroom and Alison recomended Humberston Meadows to us, after our visit and tour with Sam, who also was very friendly and helpfu, we like the area and the home, but we are still undecided and have a lot to think about.

We buy your homes, we don’t get taken on by the council you REFUSE TO KEEP STREET LIGHTS working, especially down here in Cornwall it appears they only have one person to service the UK

Visiting site found staff very welcoming, spent time viewing different properties of intrest , and disscussed options available, returned for another visit and had the same service as before lovely site and good value for money, for people looking to move into a new build this is a nice area and site to consider

Promise but don't deliver

Just be really careful buying a Linden Homes house. Nearly 9 years since we moved in and our estate still has unadopted roads as Linden have not done the handover to the council. We have drains with rubble in, moss and vegetation growing at the kerbside, loose manhole covers on roads, unresolved drainage issues and cracks in tarmac and concrete. Linden simply doesn't want to know as we've asked them time after time about handover to the council so we can have someone maintaining the roads and paths.

Superb service from the very start

Superb service from the very start. We met an Angel in human form - David. He has been extremely helpful throughout the purchase process. Made the entire process very easy with his constant communications and feedback. Very pleasant gentleman always ready to help! After move in it's been Super Denis - a very resourceful personnel who has a solution to every problem. The go to person, always ready to assist with smiles and plenty of education. Quality property, good price, good location, excellent after sales service, pleantsant people who listen. I am happy with the purchase and will 100% recommend them.

Does not build houses in line with the law

Does not build houses up the Legal standards, they have classed my 85m² house as a 3 bedroom 5 person house, bedroom 1-10.5m² bedroom 2- 8.8m² bedroom 3-4.8m². They are trying to say this house can fit 5 people in. They state its got 2 double rooms and a single room. Not according to the law,NDSS and 2007 LDF framework. Beware do not buy a house of these guys they lie and do a very poor job at building houses and the gardens are even worse will cost you thousands to put right.. they failed to stick to the planning permission granted to build homes that are "fit for purpose"avoid

Moving homes is a really stressful experience, Bovis have thought through all the processes that one has to go through and thoroughly documented every step. Thus, helped by really great sales consultants, you are taken through each step and the quality of the build process and the way everything is managed gives a real confidence that you are buying a great new home.
