Great experience with Andrea

Great experience with Andrea. She explained clearly how home exchange worked, how upgrades worked and gave us a knowledgable tour of the show homes. She also followed up with further information for us to consider that helps us in making decision towards buying a new home.

A dream come true 💕

The whole process from start to finish was amazing. Charlotte in sales was (and still is) helpful, friendly and honest. The build team have been nothing but kind and courteous. Tim and Colin have been fantastic, making sure I'm happy with everything and getting the snagging done in quick time.

Moving homes is a really stressful experience, Bovis have thought through all the processes that one has to go through and thoroughly documented every step. Thus, helped by really great sales consultants, you are taken through each step and the quality of the build process and the way everything is managed gives a real confidence that you are buying a great new home. Altogether a system that helps you every step of the way.

Excellent sales approach

We've just reserved our new home at the King Edward's Park, Morpeth, site and have been extremely impressed by the whole process, and in particular, the fantastic support we've had from Linden Homes Sales Consultant, Sarah. We go into a lot of detail when buying houses, and Sarah has been extremely patient and helpful, enabling us to look at several different house types, answering lots of questions, and giving us time to reach the right decision. Sarah's sales approach is first class, she clearly listens to the customer, and it has been a pleasure to work through the reservation process with her. Thanks for all your help Sarah, it is very much appreciated.
