We had the most incredible experience with Bovis. Nina was informative, passionate and just a wonderfully enthusiastic and knowledgeable woman. We had a rocky start with our solicitors with regards to our sale, but even that was no trouble for Nina. She was there every step of the way ready to push everything forward at every opportunity.

GoogleMessed me around now end. Put in an offer, then they bumped up the price. Whilst arranging finance, they put the house on Rightmove. Duplicitous and underhand. DO NOT BUY A HOUSE from these people.

Moved into our new house 21st March 25 on the Cresent Kidderminster. What an horrendous journey with the sales team. They really do take incompetence to a new level, this came to a head when the sales director called me a liar on a call, after a meeting with the Ops director (who was the only one prepared to listen) Apart from Lesley in the sales office (she has been excellent), we have been lied to, generally through a lack of comms from the Vistry team. I have to say, Katie Beswick (in my opinion in a simular sales role) should not be in an Ops role, Rude, evasive and arrogant. Sort it out Vistry. Our home demo was a ship wreck, both sets of rear doors broken, wrong doors fitted to the freezer, Solar panels inoperative ( not advised until home demo 19th March) flooring lifting and upstairs toilet stinks of raw sewage and still does. Serious snagging issues TBA

Because of the fact that they engage the disreputable FirstPort as managing agents and won't appoint an alternative then avoid buying a Linden home at all costs.

My daughter bought a home about 2012 in Burgess Hill. After she bought the home, about a year later, Linden told her they were taking back some of her garden as the fence builders made a mistake. After a lengthy and costly legal process, my daughter bought her own land back!Caution! Do not buy a Linden home. They will try to take your garden back. Vile company.con artists.

Amazing! Despite having been in my house for well over 2 years (and apart from a few little snags in the beginning which were sorted straight away, I have had no further issues, great build and finish quality) and all the houses on the estate finished some time ago, I got in touch with David Tinsley, Sales Consultant, who is now working at another site. I have an issue on the site, which is actually nothing to do with Linden Homes, however, as always, David has gone above and beyond to help and find who I need to speak to. Fiona Willis from the Customer Service department has also been in touch with me to help. So, even when all building has finished and there are no Linden Homes staff on site, they are still happy to help. Outstanding Linden Homes, thank you!

We had a fantastic experience buying from Linden homes, at Edwalton Fields. Mora our sales consultant couldn’t have been more helpful, took us through every stage and kept us informed. Our Site manager Billy made sure that every detail was taken care of and they both made us feel valued . The build quality is great, yes there were a few minor snags, but nothing more than you’d expect buying a new home but were put right straight away. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to buy a house at Edwalton Nottm.

Please do not purchase a house from Linden as they not only wait 4 years to fix something but then actually make out that you are a liar and tell you that they never did intend to fix the issue.

Seven years living on an unfinished estate. Paying exorbitant management fees to FirstPort - the company Linden selected- for basically mowing some grass on the estate. Drains still full of building rubble, roads and pavements still not handed over to the council. An eyesore plot of overgrown land at the entrance to the estate that on the marketing material and told by their representative was an extra parking area. Gardens of some houses flooding with sewage. A children's playground area moved, without informing buyers, to the front of the estate so it's now a target for vandalism and we're responsible for the damage. The list is endless.I wouldn't recommend buying from this company at all. They sell the dream then leave you to live with the nightmare.

I really would think twice about getting a home from Linden, I have had an issue with my driveway flooding, to the extent that I have to refrain from parking on the driveway when there is heavy rain since it floods. It has been just under 4 years of getting them to fix it and they still have not sorted it out, what a joke.

If you prefer no follow up after completion, pls go for it! There house was completed more than 2 years ago and the concern of leaning fence was raised at the very beginning, more than 2 years ago. Still no action and nothing has been done. They simply just walk away !

It could improve by being honest when trying to sell houses on a toxic site in Glen Parva. Please ensure that you explain to potential clients that there are now 100s of piles driven into the site to stabilise it. Also tell customers that there is still gas leakage that is supposedly being mitigated. Also explain that the old tip was often unregulated.

We've purchased via bovis in Kidderminster, now I can only talk for myself and we're really pleased with our purchase, I've had a snagger in and they found 6 trivial mistakes, bovis foreman has put 2 of them right, that's just asking and before I put my 2 week snagging list in, they have taken my rubbish away and been really helpful, I can see all these poor reviews but in my experience bovis have been spot on , Rhys and Bob the forepeople on site have gone above and beyond and the sales girls Leslie, Yvonne and Carol superb, you always have problems with a new build but in my experience these people I've mentioned have been great

Do not buy in Glen Parva. Building on toxic landfill. Bet they will gloss over that one! Planning permission refused repeatedly locally. Finally central government overturned decision. All very dodgy. Feel sorry for people who end up living there.
