Fantastic and welcoming experience from first views to reserving. Explains everything clearly and fabtastic with our 2 children as well. The show houses made us want to switch from a potential other builder of homes which we were close to reserving. Homes look to be of high quality and perfect for our next home. My sales advisor rodh was very helpful in helping me as a first time buyer. Viewing the properties were helpful and rodh was knowledgeable about the site and area which helped us narrow things down. Easy to get overwhelmed with things but rodh gave us written information on things, videos to watch and followed us up till the end. Even tho we didnt buy with linden i felt supported and well informed! Thanks again!

I recently bought my new home at Quantum Fields in Littleport. My initial experience with the estate agent when picking up the keys was really disappointing. It happened quickly on a very busy road, communication was difficult, and it just felt like a rushed "hello and goodbye" moment. I didn't expect flowers or champagne, but picking up the keys to your new home should be a special moment, and it felt really weak.

I approached Clare at the Pleasley View development to enquire about Lindens incentives and their available plots. Clare couldn't have been more helpful, she spent around 2 hours with me to go through everything and made sure I was well informed. I also went back the following day to view again and was shown around by Stuart. He was lovely and again, so helpful. I have now reserved my Linden home and cannot thank Clare and Stuart enough for their help! 10/10 for customer service!

Cannot believe a so call 5 star, the reservation system for my document prepare is incorrect for the buyer name and reported to them, make a change with the same mistake. It is just so funny to see something like this when I have already mention my surname and first name is the email to them.

He was extremely informative, he quickly and very concisely gave us a good overview of the Cypress property.
