He priced the property just right and we attracted buyers in the first week. Even after the disappointment of losing our first buyers we were back with our second buyer in no time. Leaper Stanbrook (Freddy, Wayne and Andrew plus all the office staff) kept us very well informed and even when things didn't go as we liked we were told as things happened. GoogleI worked with Leaper Stanbrook on the purchase of my property as well as experiencing a number of viewing with them. My experience was excellent, they have a brilliant balance of professionalism but also a personable family feel that most often attempt to achieve but fail to do so. Most of my dealings were with Fred who I found to be very informative, honest, efficient and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm in the future. Trust me, although you may think this is what you'd expect from all estate agents, in reality many are far below what I would consider average. If you can go with Leaper Stanbrook please do so with the utmost confidence.

GoogleWayne had been an absolute star from the beginning and right to the end of the process. He's been extremely flexible and helpful showing us the property, answered all our questions in a timely manner. It was our first time buying a house and Wayne explained to us every step and what we had to do for each of them. We requested quite a few phone calls for clarification on things and nothing seemed much trouble. Couldn't have asked for more, in fact he's made the process of purchasing a property a pleasurable one when it's normally very stressful.
