GoogleLeaper Stanbrook did a brilliant job for us. They sold our flat 3 times at the asking price. That the first two sales fell through had nothing to do them. Simply symptomatic of our crazy system. Having both bought and sold successfully through Leaper Stanbrook I would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleWe moved from Southport to buy a house in Eastbourne recently to be near are daughter. It’s been fraught with stress and anxiety but Wayne’s been by our side the whole time listening to our concerns and always returning phone calls /emailing updates to reassure us .. Wayne is the consummate professional and a dapper dresser !!! We cannot recommend Wayne highly enough . ..so if you’re thinking of buying /selling please ! They kept us informed throughout the process, They did not hesitate to chase the other parties and their professional advisors when needed. Their Standards are very high and we have no hesitation in recommending them as we have so done. Whilst like any other agent they are getting paid for the service they go the extra mile in dealing with people at a stressful time.

I understand that you were frustrated that on the day of completion your husband called on the vendor and asked to store some items in the garage before formal completion had taken place. The vendors refused and your husband then contacted us to see whether we could get involved. As our vendors had already called us that morning to say that they had refused access to the garage my colleague advised that we could not exert any influence on their decision. The sale became very protracted but throughout Leaper Stanbrook acted to ensure that the sale reached a satisfactory conclusion. They were very professional in guiding us to completion. It was easy to talk to the partner dealing with our sale who was always helpful, encouraging, chased outstanding matters and kept us informed as to the state of the proceedings. I have no hesitation in recommending Leaper Stanbrook as estate agents.

They carefully managed negotiations leading to a successful conclusion. Although I am aware agents act for the vendors I felt well respected and valued as a buyer.
