GoogleI changed agents from a national company to a local agent. I am so glad I did, the service they provided was more personal and within a couple of weeks the property sold within a couple of weeks. Really pleased and have no hesitation in recommending Leaper Stanbrook. Brilliant service.

GoogleAndrew, Wayne, Tom and the rest of the team at Leaper Stanbrook (LS) dealt with my recent sale in the most efficient, professional and sensitive way. The whole process, from LS's appointment to completion, took 14 months, first spanning last year's months of economic stagnation then a six month period between STC and completion. There were tense and worrying times during the latter period, which LS dealt with utterly professionally and reassuringly whilst, I believe, shielding me from some of the stress. I have no hesitation in recommending Leaper Stanbrook, I believe you could not choose better.

GoogleI purchased a house through Leaper Standbrook and the experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. The vendor had a language barrier, which required careful management. Unfortunately, this was handled very badly. For two months, the vendor failed to respond to legal correspondence, causing serious delays. As a result, my own buyer was close to pulling out and demanding money back. On the day of completion, matters became even worse. Leaper Standbrook had still not obtained the keys from the vendor due to poor communication and management. I was left sitting on the driveway of a house I legally own with no way to get inside. This should have been an exciting day, but instead it was stressful and upsetting. The lack of organisation, communication, and responsibility shown throughout this process has been unacceptable. I would not recommend Leaper Standbrook based on my experience.
Hello Carl and thank you for taking the time to post a review. As you mention there was a huge language barrier which did not help help with our communications with our purchaser. Despite this, the sale took just over three months to complete. We are pleased to act for all clients whatever their ethnicity, despite the challenges that can arise, and in this particular instance resulted in the keys not being delivered to our office before completion took place as we had requested, which I appreciate was very frustrating for you.

GoogleWe are first time buyers looking in an area we were unfamilary with. From the get go our estate agent Wayne was professional, knowledgable and put us at ease. He showed us a a series of properties untill we found our dream home that we could call home. Communication with Wayne has always been smooth and effecient. He has always been happy to help when we questions and really helped throughout the process. If your looking for a house then Leaper Stanbrook is an excellent estate agency and will help you find the right property.
