GoogleThanks to the whole team at LT&C for a smoothe sale during difficult times in 2020. Paul filled us with confidence from the start, his down to earth approach and local knowledge made the choice of agent an easy one. Ours was a probate sale and we lived away from the area so keeping us up to date was key, the communication was very good. We trusted the team with Mum's house and they delivered. Thanks again.

GooglePaul Preen and his team at Plymstock were excellent to deal with for us as buyers at what turned out to be a both busy but challenging time to purchase! The online video was extremely helpful in aiding us to remember detail about the property after viewing and prior to making the offer (particularly given our location some distance away from the property before purchase). Paul was kind enough to meet us at the house on multiple occasions to assist in further enquiries we needed to make, and was able to recommend some excellent contacts for planning and architectural services. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this office, and they would be our choice for re-marketing the property in future (but hopefully not for some considerable time yet!)

They were absolutely amazing and I couldn’t thank them enough for their constant help and support.The best thing about this is that they weren’t even my Agent! They were my sellers agent. They still had all the time in the world for me and helped me through a very stressful time! GoogleTerrible experience with this letting agency (my worst so far). They tried to take my deposit for cleaning fees for a house that was clean when I left. Don’t use this company if you can’t but if you live in one of their house document well the conditions when you move in and out with photographs etc. But avoid it if you can, they will try to take your deposit.

GoogleBought my first property this year through the Mannamead Rd branch of Lang Town & Country and really couldn't have been happier with the whole process. My offers were responded to promptly and once we'd agreed a price, the sale process was handled very well. There were multiple bumps in the road but none of these were the fault of the estate agent and Debbie, the Sales Progressor, was extremely helpful throughout acting as a go-between with myself and the seller's legal team, I doubt we would have completed on time without her attentiveness and hard work.

GoogleWe have just purchased our lovely house from Lang Town and Country Plymstock and could not fault them one bit, they provided the backbone to the chain working extremal hard through a very difficult sale. We naively sold our property using an online property agent which clearly didn’t provide the services of a traditional estate agent, once the sold sign was put up they were nowhere to be seen, didn’t even give the keys to the new purchaser. Without Holly, Natalie and Pauls hard work and support the sale would have never gone ahead, we thank them sooo much, Lang Town and Country will be the only estate agent I will use from now on!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
