GoogleWe tried to find a flat using them (and 5 other agencies), and of all of them they were the most unresponsive. When they did reach out, it was regarding completely random properties which were out of spec and of budget. Also they were quite rude regarding viewings. Much better service from other agencies.

GoogleI worked with Abigail Turston on finding an apartment to rent under a tight time scehdule... out of several agents from different broker agencies she was by far the best. she didn't waste my time, listened to what I was looking for and found me the best option. Then she was very helpful in the letting process and was always very responsive... highly recommended

GoogleIt was my first experience of dealing with the agency. Luckily, the experience was pleasant. I have dealt with two employees of Knight Frank, Ayesha, a negotiator, and Jason, who have completed their tasks reasonably well. Jason never left my questions unanswered and always responded promptly via whatsapp and email. What I don’t like working with the agency was too many documents to prepare, sign, checking, personal visits. It was terrible! But Ayesha helped me to overcome everything. She was very patient and very professional, attentive to details and very easy to work with. Ayesha has done a great job and I appreciate her assistance very much. I can recommend the Knight Frank office at 55 Baker Street to my friends.

GoogleWe looked through KF for some time to search for our dream flat and Daniel Sugarman was our agent. He was friendly, helpful and most of all, he had our best interests at heart. We ended up buying another flat in another area, but after an 18 month search, I have to say that Daniel was by far the most professional and caring estate agent we dealt with. London needs more agents like him in this industry.

GoogleI recently purchased an apartment through Knight Frank. Like most deals there were obstacles along the road, but all were managed with great professionalism by the Baker Street negotiator Craig Draper. He used his skills to navigate all involved carefully through the process to a very satifactory outcome. He showed proper care for his clients and understanding of ourselves, the purchaser. I would unhesitatingly recommend Craig to all those thinking to buy or sell their property in central London.
