GoogleOur apartment we rented on Connaught street for 2 years was managed by Navik Solanki and we had such a wonderful experience! GoogleIt was my first time using Knight Frank as an agent to let my flat in Marylebone (March-May 2020). The overall experience was excellent thanks to Marielle Papadopoullos and Abigail Thurston. They were both professional, hard working and responsive. Despite the Coronavirus lockdown, Abigail was actively facilitating contacts and internet viewings which led to a successful tenancy. Abigail was also very responsive to all issues involved in preparing the flat for a successful transition to the new tenancy. I would recommend her to my friends.

GoogleI rented a flat in Marylebone with Knight Frank. I think they are one of the best agencies in the area, with a very nice offering of quality flats for rental at competitive prices. Charlie Anthony, the agent who assisted me, has been really great, always available to help me through the entire process and fair in the negotiations with the landlord.

GoogleWorst estate agents. Would not recommend. Rented an apartment from, had a tile broken. Took them a full year to get it sorted, while trying to push the blame on me. When it was finally fixed, they completely ignored my requests regarding compensation for time that I wasn't able to use the bathroom.

GoogleTim, who runs the Guildford office, was actually the agent for our vendors however it felt like we were his clients. We had quite a few issues with the conveyancing and there was nothing that he wouldn’t do to help sort it out, thinking out of the box and making it happen . A very personal service going beyond where other agents normally don’t.

GoogleDreading the thought of moving, downsizing my property and generally the whole stressful selling scenario my guardian angel came in the form of Tim and his truly amazing, professional team. How many people can access their agent whilst on his holiday walking elephants! Nothing but nothing was too much trouble and I was hand held through the whole process from start to finish. If anyone wants 110% from an estate agent, look no further than Tim Harriss representing Knight Frank. I seriously will miss my daily 'Tim update' phone calls, however, I'm not so sure that he will !

GoogleJames and Morten worked on the sale of our house having been recommended to me to sell Guildford town properties. James absolutely delivered on the price he said he could get and both James and Morten worked hard to get the sale through after it was agreed. Morten in particular was fantastic with a long difficult chain and he spoke to everyone in the chain tirelessly to ensure we finally got an exchange. I would not hesitate to recommend them. A great team!
