GoogleWell where do we begin, prompt & professional service from start to finish by all persons involved, be it Oliver, Jacob, Kallista, Billy or Stuart. No matter how many times we rang to chase up our move they were pleasant & helpful, nothing bothered them and they assisted with every query. They say moving is stressful and they're not wrong without adding the logistics of our 500 mile move north to Caithness. Thank you very much to everyone involved👏🏼

GoogleStuart was fabulous. I’m an estate agent myself and the communication was great, completed on a leasehold property with a new management company in place in 9 weeks, amazing! Thanks guys, wouldn’t have happened without you, highly recommend

GoogleRecently purchased my house through Kirkham and they were brilliant from start to finish. The process was very quick, they provided regular updates and responded to my e-mails within 30 minutes to help with my queries. The sale went through very quickly which I believe was down to the efficiency and professionalism of Jacob and Billy. I would 100% recommend.

GoogleWe bought our flat through Kirkhams and they were wonderful, from showing us around the flat, negotiating with the vendor and keeping us in touch through the whole process. Stuart liaised with our solicitor and the other solicitors involved in the chain and the agents for the sale of our house. Stuart, Jacob and Billy are so friendly and helpful. I thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleI recently purchased a property being sold by Kirkhams and their service was exceptional. They kept us up to date every step of the way and kept the chain together during a difficult sale. Stuart became my key point of contact instead of my own estate agent. With their professionalism, attention to detail and proactive attitude I would 100% recommend using them.

GoogleStuart and the team made the tricky process of buying a house for the first time so much easier and enjoyable. Always helpful, calm and friendly with swift communication. I would hugely recommend them to anyone!
