GoogleMy company purchased a property from Kirkham's last month and dealt with Jay Williams, Michelle Wriggly and other members of the team throughout. The whole process from start to finish was professional & seamless. The team were always there to help if needed and provided regular updates without the need for any prompting. My sale was agreed and completed within the month, as requested. We would have no hesitation using Kirkham's again in the future, in fact we look forward to it!

GoogleThe Uppermill team at Kirkhams Stuart, Billy & Jacob made the process of buying my new property so stress free. Excellent service from them all. We mostly dealt with Stuart who was amazing. He rang me weekly with any updates from start to finish & wanted to know if there was anything I needed or any help to speed the process along as I was also selling a property. He didn’t hesitate to chase things up for me, nothing was too much trouble & he always kept his promises. I would highly recommend Stuart & the whole team & wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

GoogleFrom initial photographs to moving day the help and advice from Kirkham Property in Uppermill was excellent. Jacob Stuart and Billy guided us through the process of relocating. Our move felt seamless and we felt cared for and valued throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending them. They arranged viewings and updated us throughout. GoogleI had them round to value my property in November 2022. I sold it through another agent but let me tell what this agent did wrong. They ignored my first email request for a valuation. They ignored my first voicemail request for a valuation. Jay came to value. He seemed very professional but valued the property £5k less than it actually sold for. Not going with Kirkham Chadderton was an easy decision and the right one.

GoogleHi I am really annoyed how have been treated as a customer in the process of buying a property from Kirkham. I gave a higher price from what the asking price was and also said if you get a higher price from what I have given will increase my offer. On repeatedly ringing the sales person was told that they haven't been able to get in touch with the seller and once they have will let me know. So waited for a few days and rang them again on which was told that the property has been sold at a higher price and when asked that why didn't anyone let me know they had no explanation. I believe they just didn't want to sell me the property and have done a under table deal with another seller.
I’d like to hear home about your experience as I can assure you we always work in a professional manner. We could look into this further if you get in touch with more details as I can’t see your name in our system.

FacebookProperty letting by Kirkhams has caused me so much stress. The tenants we have set up the wrong reference number on the standing order, each month I have to chase the payment and each time the payment takes longer, ie it was supposed to be paid by 14th I will not receive any payment until 24th.Kirkham have been made aware of this and said they are monitoring it but 10 days to get payment is ridiculous. 6 months and still not sorted out. My opinion don’t let through kirkham property.
