GoogleI recently purchased a bungalow in Whitstable, and was guided through the whole process by Hannah, who I must say was outstanding at her job. She was so patient with me, as it took quite a while to find exactly what I was looking for. Hannah never gave up. Once the sale had been agreed, Hannah kept in touch to let me know how things were at both ends of the chain, and this made it a more comfortable process. Highly recommend Kent Estate Agencies

GoogleI recently bought my new home through KEA and couldn't recommend them enough! Caitlin was great from start to finish, as were all her colleagues who helped me when she wasn't available. She stayed in regular contact keeping me up to date and informed of everything that was happening throughout the whole process. She was happy to answer, or find the answer to, any questions or worries I had however small or unnecessary they were! I was selling my own property at the same time through another estate agent who unfortunately were appalling. They didn't communicate with me at all or help me in any way. Thanks to Caitlin however, I was getting all the updates and information I needed as she was passing the information on to me even though it wasn't her job or responsibility to have to give it to me. Caitlin made a long and stressful process that little bit easier and smoother for me and I am very grateful for that! Thank you Caitlin!

GoogleHannah is a wonderful person! She worked so hard for me and her clients through a long and gruelling conveyancing process (on my end of the chain). Always postive and reassuring, Hannah went over and above her actual role, to investigate, check and chase up outstanding actions on my buyers and their buyers! We got there in the end but Hannah's unfailing professionalism and tenacity ensured everyone got the right result in the end. And I LOVE my new home!

The whole process was made easy by the care and attention I was given by Hannah who carefully guided my purchase from start to finish; things were explained, questions I had were answered really promptly and at every point I felt I could check in with her and she would know exactly what was going on!
