GoogleI bought my first home through Keenans 9 years ago and decided to go back to them to sell it on. The valuation was higher than another local agent I also approached and the chap valuing it said it would sell super fast. I was unsure myself but turns out they were correct. After the first viewing a few days after going on the market I accepted an offer. Ella looked after me throughout the sales process from then on. She was great. She gave me regular updates and chased the solicitors and really pushed the sale along. In the end it only took 3.5 months to complete which I was very happy with. Couldn’t fault Ella or Keenan’s in general would defo recommend.

GoogleWe had a great experience buying through Keenan’s. Becky Iddon, who oversaw the sale, was always easy to get hold of and very quick to respond, keeping us informed every step of the way. She was proactive in chasing things and did her best to keep everything moving across the chain, which we really appreciated. Having dealt with a mix of estate agents while looking for our next home, Keenan’s were easily the best we worked with. If we ever decide to move again, they’ll be the first people we contact to sell, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleWow keenans estate agents fantastic team sold mums house in three days ,left the keys with them they did the show rounds ,very diligent kept me updated from start to finish ,got the full asking price. I was grieving and still am over losing my mum they took all the stress off me ,I would highly recommend, once again thankyou

GoogleThis was the longest and most complicated purchase I've had to do, requiring 3 mortgages. And after 6 credit checks from different lenders, and 8 months of persistence, we got there in the end. I just want to say a big thank you to Nikki for truly supporting us all the way. There were times we'd given up, thinking the sellers would pull out, thank you for your understanding and patience Nikki, I'm not sure how you stuck with us for so long, many times I feared the worst when my phone rings and you're the caller, but somehow I'm calmer and more confident after each call, completion deadline moved bout 3 times or so, always made us feel you truly wanted us to succeed. You're a superstar agent!

GoogleThey are so unprofessional. I booked viewing with them. They made me travel 6 hours round trip from Birmingham to Burnley. They cancelled the booking 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

GoogleI was allocated Molly after purchasing my house through Keenan's Burnley, after a few viewings carried out by Harry. The service I have received has been excellent, Harry was very polite and professional and once I had made an offer, Molly kept me updated with weekly messages. She was available by telephone for any additional queries. The process has been very smooth and I feel that Molly helped to ensure this. When going through a house purchase, being kept in the loop is very important and I feel that Molly did this often. Thankyou for your help with my journey, I can highly recommend Keenan's estate agents.
