GoogleUnder value houses for quick sales I won't use them again. I refused the valuation they gave me put my house up for 10k more it sold full asking price to first viewers.

GoogleI would not recommend keenans or us them again. there service was so disappointing. They did not earn there fee and left us feeling short changed. Dani was fantastic but as soon as we accepted an offer and handed over to kia and Taylor it went down hill fast. Never knowing what was happening and ringing us up to fiqnd out were we were up to. could never get in touch by phone. They left voice message now and again but only told what we allready knew. even our buyer's said they were usless amd informative. There fee was high but there effert and service were very disapointing.

GoogleThe customer service at Keenan's is next to none. A gentleman called Johnathon Bury was extremely helpful, guiding us through the procedure when dealing with our first time buy. 100% would recommend to anyone wanting to buy a first time home here.

GoogleKeenans sold my house within 6 days of my putting it up for sale. They are not just very professional but very supportive and reassuring. If I was worried about anything I knew I could ring them and they would answer my questions immediately. I cannot praise them enough.

GoogleHaving used a different estate agent who were not good, I moved to Keenans. The service I received was brilliant. They did exactly what they promised. They were always polite and very helpful, would use them again and I would recommend to anyone on the service I received.

GoogleJohnathon Bury and his team at the Burnley branch have thus far been excellent. I would highly recommend their services. They took care of all of the viewings, but most importantly regularly keep me updated as soon as those viewings had happened and provided feedback. They were very professional and down to earth. My property had only been on the market a small amount of time before sale, they checked out all of the details of the perspective purchaser and came back with a solid and realistic offer. Being happy with the sale of this property I will now be looking for another project and hope to rely on Johnathan and his team to find me a gem.

GoogleI would put zero if I could. This is the worst estate agent to deal with. They do not care for the buyer in the slightest, only what’s best for the seller. They showed very little enthusiasm in dealing with us, would hardly give us the time of day. Tried to speak with them regarding numerous properties, I’ve got blood out of a stone easier

GoogleAs a first time buyer, Keenans said they would look after me throughout the process. Once I had purchased the property however, I had a couple of issues with them having been misleading in the run up to completion, and I was merely criticised by them for being inexperienced with property buying, and met with a defensive wall of legal speak which absolved them of any and all responsibility. A disappointing experience for a first time buyer.

GoogleSelling our house in Salford, we looked at online-only estate agents and traditional. Decided to go traditional as we didn’t have time to do viewings and believe their comments about allowing buyers to talk freely. Great photos, house went on market one Tuesday, sold by Saturday. Guy doing viewings respected our wishes about being careful with doors for our housecat and encouraged people to bid what they could afford/what it was worth. Our house (one for first time buyers) was an offers-over and I believe we got close to the maximum (any more and buyers would start looking at the next band up). We went with their recommended solicitor, accepted offer on 23rd March with an aim to complete 1st June. We completed 15th June on buyers request which turned out to suit us better. A very smooth house selling experience. I would be happy to recommend.

Couldn’t be happier with the service, customer attention to detail and the purchase process from start to finish. Other agents that I have used fall short of the standard set by Keenans. Highly recommended

GoogleMyself and my partner viewed a couple of properties with Keenan’s recently and even though we didn’t buy anything from them all I can say is that from picking up the phone to speak to them and attending the viewings was a complete 5 star service. The office staff were helpful and friendly and the member of staff (Simon) who showed us round was very informative and knowledgeable about the properties and the area. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

GoogleMany thanks to the team at Keenans for selling my home.They were extremely helpful, in particular Emma Doolan. Emma was fantastic from start to finish. She was honest and fair and had so much knowledge about the area she managed to drum up lots of interest quickly then proceeded to handle negations incredibly well indeed. Patient when needed yet firm also when the time arose to hurry a long slow buyers. Great experience
