GoogleIt seems Keenan's are a professional company if they get your business, but if they don't, it's not very professional.
Booked in a valuation which went smoothly, the valuator was more of a sales pitch then what they could do for me.
I decided to go with another Estate agents for the sale, and the follow up call from Keenan's was out of order.
The pushy lady, was insistent and at this point offered to match the Fee (why not offer it in first place?) After saying I had signed the contract, she continued to push, question the contract I had signed etc.
Not professional and very off putting.

Calling every day for 3 weeks asking how the buyers for your house are going.....if your selling with these I guess you could say they do their job well. But buying. Ill pretty much call it harassment, threatening to pull the deal if something out of your hands crops up.

GoogleTotally disappointed with Keenans. Had an offer for the house before Christmas only to find out eight weeks down the line buyer was not proceeding with the house and nobody knew why? Had another viewing and was trying to get an offer for the house for three days by email (I am sure they had mobiles). Had another viewing with the full amount offered only to be told three days down the line the offer had been retracted. Totally fed up and had to keep chasing for information even though at the time of having the house up for sale, I was paying them. If you are thinking of using find someone else!
