GoogleGreat service from all the staff at Keenans, prompt clear communication and very quick sale with a spot on valuation, always seemed to have my interests at heart, would highly recommend

GoogleReally pleased and can’t recommend enough. House was on the market for a few days and an offer accepted within that time. Can’t thank Keenans enough for getting me out of a pickle and treating me like a human and not just a number. Really happy customer

GoogleVery missleading company. Got a leaflet through the post which stated they do "FREE home valuations today". So i rang to book one. So after calling and being put instantly on hold before speaking with anyone, i was informed the free valuations is only for people selling their home not looking to buy which it does not state. So like i said, missleading. It is a sales and letting agent after all so what do you expect.

GoogleKeenans were amazing we are not in an area they usually cover but that did not matter. They were professional throughout the process and we had valuations on Saturday and were told on Monday that the house had sold making the whole process seamless

GoogleBrilliant service from Keenans! We switched to them when our first estate agent proved useless and within a week they had a buyer for our house. They were brilliant at guiding us through the process of selling and, despite difficulties along the way with our chain, did everything possible to help move things along. Special thanks to Kayleigh and Aimee who were calm, persistent and very professional. We have now settled into our new house and we would be pleased to recommend Keenans.

GoogleExcellent communication and quick turn around on the sale of property. Also following all the correct government guidelines regarding people’s safety following the reopening of the property market after the coronovirus lockdown. Very professional and friendly staff. GoogleI can't express how amazing this agency has been!! from my very first phone call to Paul, the help and professionalism I received off Danielle and Georgia, I'm currently pregnant and they've looked after me so much! I can't be grateful enough. My property went up for sale last week and I've just accepted a offer on it today. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone! Extremely efficient and on the ball compared to another agency which starts with a 'P' and ends in a 'Y' my property where up with them for months and nothing .... it just shows what a fantastic estate agency can do.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI have recently used Keenan's for the sale of my property, and after previously using a number of other local Estate Agent's in the past, Keenan's without doubt stood out above the rest. They were extremely professional, nothing was too much trouble and they sold my property in just one week! If you're looking for an Estate Agent's that you can trust to sell your home, then these are the ones. I can't thank them enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Googleit's alright, what can i say they're an estate agent. what is great is their shop front interactive screen. makes searching for properties a doddle!

Googleexcellent service. a very professional company. they follow up every viewing for feedback and report back to the seller. Quality of photos is much better than competitors as they use photographers and not an iPhone. rates are very competitive. all in all, a good agent to sell with.

GoogleA very professional company I have been mightily impressed with Keenans estate agents. A friendly welcome in their Rawtenstall branch, happy to arrange viewings all on one day. Followed by a great show around of half a dozen properties in one morning with Lisa - with no issues going back to revisit the first property in the afternoon. An offer was made and accepted, then Keiron in Head Office took over with regular updates and chasing of information. A very professional outfit with some great staff (especially Lisa & Keiron) and excellent systems in place to make the whole process run like clockwork. Dave I haven’t been paid or asked to write this review.
