Deborah O’Reilly has been incredibly kind, supportive, and professional throughout the process. She took the time to guide me through each step, offered helpful advice, and made what can be a very stressful experience feel much more manageable. I was especially grateful when she personally called me to let me know I had been selected to move forward, her approach was both thoughtful and reassuring. I was also shown around properties by Fergus, who was fantastic. He was friendly, approachable, and made the viewings feel relaxed and comfortable. He provided clear information, answered questions openly, and brought a really positive, personable energy to the experience. Both Deborah and Fergus made me feel valued and supported, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Keenans to anyone looking for a professional yet genuinely caring team. Honestly, I couldn't compliment the staff enough. Especially Sammie. When we sold our house, we were given less than a week notice to move out into rented accommodation. All agencies were saying not possible to do it in less than 2 weeks. However, Sammie to rescue, and bam she managed to not only source the PERFECT property but did it and pushed all the checks through in less than 24hrs. Pure superwoman action taken place to pull that off. Thank you yet again, you really saved us 😀

Absolutely had me off with a bonding fee over a failed credit check. ( a CCJ I was unaware of) Wouldn’t let me input references until the money was paid either. going through a hard time enough lately and these lot just took £200 of my limited funds.. crazy how this is legal that money could of gone toward flattening my debt instead it just lands me in more debt for no fault of my own. How is that beneficial to anybody but hey as long as they have your money what do they care not only that accused me of lying on my application about the CCJ. The absolute Kip of these people I will get that money back one way or the other 👍🏽

I cannot fault the Keenans staff in Rochdale they were helpful and professional at all times. In particular Ambre Flanagan who I delt with a lot was amazing. Nothing was ever to much trouble and when times were stressful Ambre was the calming reassuring voice on the end of the phone when needed and I new everything would be sorted and it always was. In my opinion Keenans are lucky to have her as part of the team and if she ever wishes to progress in her career I feel she would be indispensable in what ever roll that may be.
