Selling your house? Stay clear of Keenan's. After an agreed sale on our house, I had been chasing Keenan's for weeks for a for a response from the buyer. This is normal Keenan's kept telling me. So I've now contacted the buyer directly as it seems Keenan's were incapable. Only to find out they buyer had emailed Keenan's 3 weeks ago to pull out of the sale and Keenan's had 'missed' the email as they put it. This isn't no excuse and left us in a very difficult position having to sell our house again when there is a whole chain of people waiting. Thanks for nothing. No offer of anything in way of fixing this other than them relisting. No thanks, thanks for nothing.NegativeResponsiveness

After the initial sale the whole thing was a complete car crash . The person dealing with our sale was based at Blackburn not Rochdale . She’s been rude very uncooperative from start to finish .she has made our house move very very stressful indeed .we complained and was told she would be taken off our sale . That didn’t happen. We are very disappointed this was not what we were promised by Daryl and I would like to speak to him but that’s proved impossible.NegativeValue

Great service from the sales team to name a couple Chloe and Kayleigh. They sold my house within 3 days. Then got passed over to the sales progression team who have also been excellent and informative. As a 1st time seller the process seemed daunting but Aimee in the sales progression department has been very professional and informative. Only positive things to say about the people I've dealt with herePositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Absolute pleasure dealing with Keenans, from beginning to end . All the staff I dealt with were helpful, professional, true to their word and kept me informed. I would most certainly use them again , and recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their. Property. If only all estate agents were as good as Keenans , it would make house selling/buying a much easier processPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Unfortunately my personal circumstances changed meaning my intended house sale didn’t go through but I thought it only fair to review the service I had from Keenans who were my chosen vendor. A special mention of Helen who valued my house & demonstrated great local market knowledge as well. Lisa in branch was also very understanding why I returned to collect my keys that they’d no longer be needing. No pressure or difficult questions which I was grateful of. Good people make good businesses & these ladies are good people!PositiveProfessionalism
