GoogleWe had a valuation by Sam on Saturday, he was very smartly dressed, very knowledgeable and made the time to explain the whole process of selling to me. We have decided not to sell just yet as the process is longer than expected and we are about to have a baby but we will make the necessary improvements as recommended by sam and re contact the estate agents after March but from little experience i have had with keenans, it’s very professional and knowledgeable

GoogleAbsolutely terrible. No urgency in their service at all. I'm in a race against time here to complete before the Stamp duty deadline holiday. Its taken keenans a week just to get give my solicitor the vendors solicitors details (that's after 3 phone calls from me telling them to do so) incompetent to say the least.

GoogleIf you are looking to buy property from keenans you better be careful. Get directly contacted with owner otherwise these agents won't do any good Really had a bad experience with Chloe. She even doesn't answer my calls pretends she can't hear me when she can. When i called a different agent he helped alot. But buying property is not easy as old days. You better have a good relation with agents other wise you'll be wondering for houses like a dead soul.
