GoogleThey are the worst estate agents I’ve every come across, communication is non existent to say the least, you complain and the manager shouts over the top of you! Do yourself a favour read the rest of the reviews before going anywhere near ! I really wish I had.

GoogleSupposed to look after properties don't think you even check, been dealing with a guy called Alex with a problem with a tree lifting my fencing up he said to send him photos I did on the 31st August did not get back to me I just phoned him 7th November he said Leave it till next year and they will have a look the fencing is coming out and I have two big dogs I don't want go into someone else's garden this needs to get sorted ASAP

Nothing is too much trouble and they have always gone the extra mile for me. I can't see me ever using a different agent in this area for the foreseeable! Would recommend to anyone

GoogleWe have been looking to purchase our first rental property for a while now and were looking for someone to advice us properly as we are new to all of this. We didn't have much luck in the first instance, however after speaking with Matthew Thompson, he's really given us the confidence to purchase and has offered us some really good advice. GoogleEveryone at Keenans we’re great to deal with as a whole, but if you have the pleasure of dealing with George at Keenans in Swinton, then you’re onto a winning combination of impeccable customer service, superb property market knowledge, professionalism and integrity from this guy. George showed us around what would turn out to be our first home that we would buy. In the short time that you get to view what will probably be the most expensive purchase of your life, he had all of the answers to our questions and made us feel completely at ease with the daunting house hunting experience. GoogleKeenans are quite possibly the reason we will never ever move again. As first time buyers, we understandably had questions and Katie consistently and refutably made us feel an inconvenience to her day. After her rudeness quite frankly brought my partner to tears, we asked to deal with someone else. This was a decision we regretted as Cree, supposedly a senior colleague, again was rude, inefficient and unprofessional. GoogleI was recommended Keenans by a friend who had used their services before. I was aware that although the market is quite buoyant at present it would likely be a long, complicated and frustrating process to sell a house given how busy agents are and the restrictions from the pandemic. I needn’t have worried. Keenan’s were proactive, diligent and worked extremely hard to get the house online and ready to sell as quickly as possible. Not only that good to their word when they said they had buyers looking for my house I had multiple viewings booked in on day one. The very first viewing offered that same morning the full asking price of the house and the property was taken off the market on the morning it was put on! At this point I still expected things to take time. Hiccups. And all of the other delays you would see. Especially as I was due to go on holiday too for two weeks. None of that. Everything went extremely smoothly. Surveys. Searches. Solicitor engagement. Comms between all parties. Alll in all the sale from start to finish took under six weeks which is incredible. The service from Louis, Chloe and Kieran was phenomenal. They were always on hand if you ever needed them and over delivered on everything they promised. Keenan’s we’re a pleasure to do business with. And next time I am selling or buying I will be sure to use them. We both found Jack the agent to be open, honest , informative and knowledgeable about all to do with selling and buying a property.we both felt at ease and although the property was not appropriate for us we Found the experience to be a good one. GoogleOne of the worst estate agency experiences I have ever had!!! I purchased a property through keenans and from the minute I offered until completion was a complete nightmare! I wasnt given chance to increase my offer told my offer had been put forward to the owner which it wasnt. If i hadnt of knocked on and negotiated the offer myself then the owner would have been non the wiser. I would avoid at all costs. I was constantly lied too by Cree in their sales progression department found her rude and abrupt and the lack of communication was appallin. GoogleI recently dealt with Lauren Southworth at the Rochdale branch of Keenan’s and I would like to thank her so much for her help during this time - the property is being sold following a bereavement and I found Lauren to be incredibly professional - she provided a fantastic service, I received lots of advice and guidance and when she came to visit the property she was very respectful and accommodating during this difficult period. When arranging the valuation she was flexible when agreeing a time and date. I was very pleased with the valuation of the property and she was happy to answer any of my questions. I felt reassured that I was being taken care of by somebody who really knows their stuff.
