We got all the "how great we are" when the sales representative came to see us. We were informed, that all sales agents would visit our property so they would know it inside and out. Feedback from a couple of prospective buyers, was that the sales representative did not have a clue where anything in the house was, did not know how much land was included. When we got a buyer, we were informed that we would be contacted every week with an update. The only time we got an update was when we chased them up. They did not answer emails or return call. It looks like they have a large turnover of staff as well. I would never use Keenans again.

We had the pleasure of working with Aaron (and Nicole) from the Rochdale branch with both the sale of our old house and purchase of our new house. Throughout this process, I spoke to Aaron more than I speak to my own mother, and he never failed to provide faultless advice and help. He dealt with more than one mini-meltdown and one spectacular meltdown on the day of moving with the calmness and patience of a professional psychiatrist, and we are truly grateful to Aaron in particular not only for putting up with me, but for making the whole process as smooth as it possibly could be. We have even called a couple of times since we have moved to ask if they could get in touch with the vendors to ask a couple of questions and both Aaron and Nicole have happily obliged. I found Keenan's Rochdale, led by Aaron Valentine, to be very professional from the outset. The quality of the photographs online was excellent and James did a good job of the escorted viewings. Aaron and Nicole liaised with me with feedback after every viewing, and after any conversations with the purchaser and solicitors. They also phoned me on a weekly basis so I always felt that I was kept in the loop. Aaron always replied promptly to my emails. I can highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

We appointed Keenans in February to sell our house. Aaron was our account exec supported by Nicole, who together make up the Rochdale team. Throughout the sale process I must have spoken to Aaron hundreds of times as we discussed the prospective offers prior to agreeing a sale and then working our way through the sales process. At times we encountered obstacles and difficulties which caused great frustration and anxiety but at all times, Aaron was very supportive, understanding and professional, even when we became emotional, and was able to calmly steer us through to a successful completion.
