GoogleIt’s now my third time using Keenan’s and as with the first two, its been exceptional service throughout. Adam came out extremely prepared and gave a thorough valuation of my property and the surrounding markets. I did have another valuation, who I won’t name, but they actually valued it significantly higher but could not back up the figure with any similar sales and I had the feeling they just wanted to tell me a higher price to get the sale. I achieved the figure I wanted within 2 weeks of marketing with Mel tying the deal very professionally. I have two more properties to sell next year and will 100% be using Keenan’s !!

GoogleI would definitely recommend Keenans, Rochdale, to anyone looking for a professional estate agent. My first contact was with James who valued my home and firmed a great price for me. Also had contact with Aaron Valentine who, with a surname such as his, was really sweet to deal with and always very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Same with Nicole McCarthy, all the way through to signing contracts, Nicole called me weekly with updates and always returned my calls promptly. If I didn’t understand something, she would patiently explain the process to me. When I was stressed about the house I was purchasing (which, unfortunately, was with another agent, she would help me out if she could just to help me understand. Such a calming voice and oozing professionalism, followed with such knowledge, she always exceeded my expectations. My sincere thanks to Nicole, Aaron and James for the great representation they afforded me. Call KEENANS, Rochdale, for a no hassle sale. 😃👍🏻

GoogleOne of the worst estate agents ever no communication ! Incompetent ! If u ever contact this company by making a enquiry on their website or by email or even leave a message by phone to them don't expect a response it's non existence ! Also their website which advertises properties are incorrectly advertised and misleading to say the least. Who ever runs theirs charade so called company should have their licence revoked has even some of the staff are not even trained or pretty much thick and useless, as most people know! Go to a reputable company yes they are hard to come by but they are out there .

GoogleMy wife and I recently viewed a couple of houses with Keenans. Abigale was the agent who showed us the properties and she was very friendly and helpful. She gave us the time we needed to look around and answered any questions we had. Some estate agents are pushy to try and sell a place and will rush a viewing in hopes that you will overlook certain aspect; Keenans aren't like that at all. 5/5 from us!

GoogleKeenans handled a unoccupied property for us during advertising and sale of the property. Excellent service from the very first phone call when we made enquiries. Ella in the Accrington Branch handled the sale. Ella was polite, professional, friendly and very informative. She progressed the sale to completion and I cannot recommend Ella and the whole of the Keenans Team enough. Excellent Estate Agent. Thank you to everyone!!!

GoogleWe renting from Keenans nearly 3 years now and very happy with them and with ohr landlord. The other day we had some electrical issues. Reported on the property profile and got help very quick. Electrician guy Stephen called me before he came to the house and did an excellent job in 10 mins. Very kind and professional. Thank you!

GoogleKeenans, what can I say, brilliant. Initially was worried given the stories you hear about estate agents, Keenans certainly changed that (although our buying agents where true to form). From initial discussions with James, and dealing mainly with Nicole and on a few occasions Aaron in the office, both of which where excellent. The weekly updates from Nicole where really good, I only had to chase them once in the whole selling process. Absolutely fantastic service throughout. If you are looking to sell, look no further than Keenans

GoogleTop class service. Worked really hard to get to a successful sale. I particularly liked the fact that they do the viewings rather than leaving it to the vendor. Office staff were brilliant nudging all parties along to ensure the completion was done on time.
