GoogleSo far so good!!! The team are lovely and very proactive. Already got loads of viewings and hopefully the house will sell soon. Harry who showed out property round today was lovely and professional. He actually asked me if he should take his shoes off which shows respect towards me and my house. Overall very happy with Keenans so far :)

Googlewe used keenans to sell our property after a very bad experience with a previous agent (stone cross).The whole process was very easy and a good experience although we did not achieve our asking price,but that is as a result of market forces and a stupid interest rate at present and nothing to do with the estate agents. I must emphasis a very special thanks and gratitude to nikki winstanley our sales progresser who is absolutely top of the game ,she gave weekly updates and was constantly on the ball ,i felt really comfortable talking to her and in safe hands. although people don't buy and or sell houses that often this will be my 1st choice for any and and all future transactions, i will also strongly recommend keenans to all who ask.keenans really need to keep hold of nikki as she is a major asset to you (or potentially someone else in the future)thanks again to nikki and the team.
