GoogleFrom the beginning of the process to the completion of sale, the whole team at Keenans has been amazing and supportive. They answered all our questions knowledgeably, did fantastic photos of the property and helped us with legal stuff that was baffling to sleep deprived minds (blaming baby brain!). Thank you all, particularly Nikki, who was responsible for our case, you made it as stres free as possible.

GoogleThe whole thought of buying your first house sounds nothing but stress but dealing with Molly McNamara throughout the process made it the total opposite, very reliable, constant updates, and stress free, couldn’t of asked for anybody else to help me through it all. We’re sorry you were unhappy with your experience. For privacy and data-protection reasons, we can only arrange a property valuation with the homeowner or someone authorised to act on their behalf. As this could not be confirmed during the call, we were unable to proceed with the booking. After looking into the call ending early - it appeared the caller ended the call early rather than ourselves, however a line fault may have failed the call for both parties. We apologise again that you were unhappy with your experience. We are happy to discuss in more detail and assist in anyway we can.

GoogleWhen Simon came round to value our house, he was not only professional, he was also very reassuring, he pointed out all the good selling points in our home, and advised how to highlight them, and he assured us they would take care of everything, from taking pictures, to arranging viewings, and showing possible buyers around, once the house was live on the website, and viewings were booked the house sold within 24 hours! Well above the asking price, And right up to the date of completion, keenans kept me up to date on all aspects of the sale, making the whole experience smooth and hassle free, I'd definitely recommend keenans to anyone wanting to sell their house, truly professional service
