GoogleI have just sold my property with keenans and cannot believe how quickly the house was sold.i dealt with all the staff in the rawtenstall branch in one form or another and each and everyone of them especially Aimee were helpful and professional at every turn.i can't fault their attitude and commitment and a mention to the viewing staff thankyou to you all.

GoogleI wouldn't use keenans again The staff seemed friendly but unfortunately we have had a number of problems the main one being that we have had to repeat ourselves on a number of occasions also we were having viewings and when we were doing viewing the people who were coming had no idea what work was getting done even though I specifically said to keenans can you tell people when they enquire as we made changes and they didn't look like the photos I had to tell keenans to update rightmove there was no guidance from keenans throughout the process unfortunately we had to take our property off the market as we didn't feel confident with keenans we asked for owners details off a manager from another branch and she refused to give us it when we got the property valued he did not listen to anything we said he looked like he was in a rush all we got is if you have questions ring the office I've sent email after email repeating myself to the point of frustration I definitely wouldn't recommend keenans and I hope a owner does get in touch

GoogleMy husband and I were shown around a property in Barnoldswick by Hayden. He was so professional and had a lot of knowledge about the area and general purchasing a house despite his young age. He even took the time to show us both other properties that Keenans-estateagents.co.uk had on their website. In the past when viewing properties, the agent has literally either been texting away on his own phone or just generally not bothered. It was so refreshing to have someone take a real interest in our needs.Thank you Hayden and thank you Keenans for employing such a fine young man who represented your company so well. He is a credit to you.

GoogleJack provided us with a highly professional and comprehensive valuation of our property. He spent time talking us through how we could increase the value and saleability of the house. He took the time to thoroughly research similar properties on the market in the area in order to provide us with a realistic and achievable sale price. His warm and engaging manner and non-pressurised approach meant that we quickly built a good rapport with him. We look forward to working with him in the future.

GoogleExcellent service, very quick and efficient. Also wanted to add they went over and above to make the process as simple as possible for my elderly Aunt. Two people to mention were Chloe, at the beginning of the process and Helen as the sale progressed, although it was very much a whole team effort. Well done and thanks very much for all you did! Well done guys, can't recommend you enough.

GoogleNikki has been amazing, kept us informed, dealing not only with our house sale and purchase but the sale of my dads house also. She has been clear and informative at all times and made sure we have understood the process, and where we are up to at all times. Despite it being very stressful for all involved, Nikki has remained calm and therefore in turn kept us calm also
