GoogleKeenan's were brilliant during the entire time as we purchased a property from them. Even after the sale completed they did not hesitate to help. I didn't come across a single member of staff that didn't do their best, however Ella, Faye and Nikki are the ones I dealt with a lot.

GoogleWe have been viewing properties with Keenans for the past year and their estate agents have always been very helpful. However after viewing a recent property with them. we would especially like to thank Harry who showed us the property, he was amazing, very helpful and above all respectful. Although we decided not to place an offer on the property we left with a good experience, so all we can say is that he truly is an exceptional representative for Keenans.

GoogleKeenan has been an amazing estate agent to work with especially Sam Riley and Harry from the firm, who have helped me and guided me through the process to getting my property. No request was too small or big, they were always happy to answer any queries and work around with myself. Truly amazed with their service and their attitude to helping myself and others purchase their property.

GoogleWe had a fantastic experience with Keenan’s while shopping for our first home! Both Harry and Jack who helped us were incredibly helpful, professional and happily ready to answer any questions we had. They understood our situation and offered the best advice and support throughout, while keeping our best interests at heart. We couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend Keenan’s. Thank you!

GoogleJames provided us with a highly professional and comprehensive valuation of my late father’s house. He talked me through the detailed research he had done on similar sold properties in the area to reach what he thought would be a realistic and achievable asking price. He took the time to fully answer all the questions I had about selling the property. He appreciated the circumstances of the sale and was empathetic and had a non-pressurised approach. Thank you James!

GoogleNiomi has been dealing with the sale of my property and has been amazing. She has been helpful and informative at all times and made the process as stressless as possible. I must say in Niomi’s absence Alex and Sam have also been really helpful.

GoogleI couldn't fault dealing with Keenan's at all. James assisted in my property search and was such a great help, approachable and fun and then George was such an amazing help from the get go and really routed for me with my rented property search. Both James and George are amazing and in the end I've unfortunately had to pull out from a property and they've shown real kindness to me as well. I couldn't thank them or recommend them enough.

GoogleGreat team at the Burnley office friendly and professional. 4 stars and not 5 as there was a change in staff and the handover could have been a little better.

GoogleBefore I spoke to niomi I had a few bad experiences with keenan's, after speaking and dealing with niomi she has completely changed my opinion of keenan's. she's an absolute credit to the company and deserves all the praise she can get. She's been absolutely amazing with not only responding and chasing enquires up but also with keeping me in the loop with the whole process! With niomi working so hard we have now achieved the end goal and managed to buy our home we really wanted, without niomi this wouldn't of been possible I honestly can not thank her enough!

GoogleAfter a tough few months of a bad marketplace they worked really hard to make sure we got the best value we could. Just accepted an offer on our house so really pleased with them, lets see if that translates as well though the rest of the process, but so far everyone there have been great. Update, everything including purchase was great. Would definitely recommend for selling, and buying
