GoogleI would definitely recommend keenans if you're selling your home .. Ellie and her team at Swinton were amazing in getting the viewers in . Faye was absolutely fantastic in all her support and advice through the whole process of our sale and purchase, her expertise was invaluable she was super efficient and professional ,I cannot recommend them enough . GoogleI moved out a year ago and still they haven’t returned my deposit. They are ignoring my emails and calls. Their excuse is that the new tenant hasn’t paid their deposit! It has been over a year! Now I have to pay someone to get my deposit back, what type of scam is this company running? Why not just return the deposit and ask the new tenant for a deposit? Why use mine?

GoogleI cannot recommend this company highly enough. After 6 months of trying to sell our property we changed to Keenans (Rochdale) and sold our house in less than a week! Within hours of instructing them we had 4 viewings booked in for the following week and then a couple of days later 10! We accepted an offer substantially more than it was marketed for. Throughout from our initial meeting with James, who took amazing photographs and who was so friendly and professional through to accepting an offer we have been supported and kept up to date on a daily basis with emails and calls by Ambre Flanagan. Ambre has been absolutely amazing negoiating and and financially checking all the prospective buyers thoroughly to ensure they were all genuinely suitable buyers. We didn't even get time to put a board up! Thanks guys amazing job!

GoogleElla kept me and partner updated with buying our first home, which went very smoothly. She was great at contacting solictors to make sure everything was moving along and made sure we were updated whenever she heard anything. She was great!

GoogleAs first-time buyers, we were hoping for a smooth experience. James, who showed us around, was lovely and really helpful. Unfortunately, communication after that was slow, it took nearly three weeks to confirm a second viewing, and the offer letter had the wrong price. We were initially told the vendor might consider temporary accommodation, which later changed without clear communication. When we chose to withdraw, we were met with a surprisingly harsh response. A bit more understanding would have gone a long way.

Such an amazing lady with a down to earth attitude and was just a joy to deal with.
