GoogleI’ve worked with this agency to help buyers from outside Manchester purchase properties in the city. GoogleExcellent service from Harry in advocating for us and pushing the sale forward at a time when there were jitters. This was the most difficult transaction in over 40 years, but Harry was really persistent and without his determination and ability to juggle matters, we may not be in our new home.

GoogleKeenans were excellent at supporting us through the homebuying process. Nikki was attentive, would always ring with an update and informed us of the next steps. As first-time buyers this definitely put our minds at ease when our solicitor wasn't communicative! There were also great at understanding our needs in a property, weren't pushy and accommodating to lots of viewing requests. We would highly recommend Keenans to any prospective buyers. Ella and her team managed the whole process seamlessly, from the end of tenancy with the previous tenants, to marketing the property, liaising with my solicitors, and handling the sale efficiently and professionally. GoogleMy experience with moving house has been one of the usual roller coaster of events of selling and buying. However, Ella made it a much smoother easier experience. I first decided that I wanted to move from Middleton, Manchester to Loveclough, Rossendale in March and my apartment was the first and only one I viewed. I immediately decided that this was 'the one', fell head over heels in love with it yet hadn't even put my apartment up for sale. 4 months followed, where I honestly made Ella's life a nightmare! But she always chatted on the phone or wrote her emails in a positive and helpful tone. She definitely made it a less stressful experience. Thank you Ella, you've helped me move into the apartment of my dreams, where I will find the peace and happiness I didn't have in Manchester
