GoogleI have been very happy with the service Keenan’s has provided overall. My property is now sold subject to contract. From the outset I had excellent service from Ambre and Tommy. Both are knowledgeable and friendly. They are passionate about their roles in the company and have always been able to deal efficiently with any worries I had. My first point of contact was Ambre who was very welcoming and infinitely patient with my questions whilst maintaining a beautiful smile! Tommy was also very professional and carefully led me through the adjustments that had to be made to the original asking price. I trusted his judgement and this paid off in the end. Both displayed real enthusiasm whenever I met or spoke with them. My only complaint would be that the initial valuation, sadly, was too high.
