I found Just Property to be very professional and helpful throughout my dealings with them during my recent property sale and purchase. Colin, Paul, Tom and the rest of the team were always happy to talk me through how things were proceeding and kept me informed every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell. I myself will definitely use them again :-)

We have found every single member of staff at Just Property to be warm, friendly and willing to go out of their way to help. We looked at many properties on the market with a wide range of estate agents and Just Property were definitely top of the list in terms of really listening to what we were looking for and matching properties to these needs. They were honest and open and even after we had found the house of our dreams on the market with a different estate agent, they continued to be just as supportive and friendly - great testament to the genuineness of their characters. The staff were incredibly efficient and great at communicating promptly - a fantastic service. Thank you. We would highly recommend.

Just Property are amazing. If you're looking for an estate agent, you just found the one you need. I have just sold my house with them and throughout the process they have been really efficient, proactive, given great advice and really gone the extra mile for me. I live abroad so their regular emails notifying me of when a viewing was scheduled and giving feedback once the client had visited my house was really helpful in keeping me connected with what was going on. Once a buyer had been found I was stunned at the speed with which we managed to exchange and complete! Just Property are a local firm and have great knowledge of the area. They are highly professional, hard-working and ambitious without being unrealistic. I am so pleased that I decided to sell through them. I now totally understand why the friend who recommended them to me was so evangelical in her praise of them that she threatened to stop speaking to me if I used anyone else! They are, quite simply, the best.

Having had the experience of buying 4 and selling 2 properties in my lifetime I never thought I would ever find myself singing the praises of an Estate Agent! I have just bought a flat through Just Property and was impressed with the service provided. They were so helpful and professional throughout. They definitely went over and above what I have come to expect from Estate Agents. I was abroad at the time of exchange and they put a lot of time and effort into arranging for a couple of inspections in my absence to ensure exchange was not delayed. They were very accommodating and allowed prospective tenants to view the premises before completion. Even the letting agent commented on how impressed they were with them. And the lovely welcome box of goodies they give buyers is such a nice touch. All this, considering I wasn't even not their actual client. I will definitely be calling on them the next time I am selling a property and would highly recommend them

The Just Property team led by Colin have done a fantastic and thorough job in selling our home. They provided us with lots of viewers and were so supportive. We have young children and it made it so much easier for us when one of the Just Property team were more than happy to show the potential buyers around. They not only managed to secure a buyer for us, but have been brilliant at keeping the chain informed about developments and have been the key to holding it all together for us and others in the chain. Their communication with other Estate Agents and solicitors is fantastic and we feel the success of our sale is down to Just Property, we can't thank them enough and would definitely use them again, we would also recommend our family and friends to use them to. Many thanks to the Just Property team in helping our family achieve our move we are so grateful - the Turner family

Just Property are fantastic!

The guys at Just have been incredible - ensuring we sold our house at the right price and securing us our dream home. An amazing service throughout the whole process - great photos and description, realistic valuation and viewings lined up before the house was even online! We had two offers within a week! Ben Davey, in particular, did an outstanding job mediating between us and our buyer during a stressful 8 weeks of building surveys and price negotiations. We can't thank him and everyone at Just Property enough. Cassie, Aidan and baby Stanley

Excellent practice

From the first estate agents valuation visits it was not hard to make the decision of which agency to choose. Larissa was instantly empathetic to our particular circumstances, personable and friendly. She was extremely professional throughout our sale and managed it with efficiency, she was not pushy and went the extra mile to make sure all was undertaken in the shortest possible time. I would not hesitate to recommend Just Property should I have the opportunity in the future.

Just Properties have been my agent now for four years

Just Properties have been my agent now for the last four years and have been most attentive with me their client and applicants for my properties. They offer a great service with up to date technology and a very professional personal service. I also love that they give the buyers a welcome hamper which is a very nice touch. As agents go Just properties have been the best I have dealt with in over 30 years of buying and selling properties.

I have had such a positive experience selling my house through Just Property. They have been so professional, thorough and thoughtful. They have always been on hand to speak to straight away whenever I have called and the whole team have seemed to be up to date and well informed of where the sale is up to, which I find pretty amazing! There were some problems in getting the exchange through over the last few weeks, but I have always felt I could trust Ben and the rest of the team to be doing their best and working hard to get the problems resolved. Thank you so much!

In the past, with other agents, I have had to call to ask for progress reports, but with Just Property they were extremely proactive and in touch very regularly with updates. Highly recommended.

Just Property Estate Agents in Hastings …

Just Property Estate Agents in Hastings were truly a delight to deal with in the sale of my house. They provided me with fantastic personalised advice and support throughout, acting with professional skill and commitment at all stages - preparing for the sale, identifying a purchaser, and right up to exchange of contracts. My house was on the market for a couple of weeks, during which several potential buyers were professionally escorted to visit. The price obtained exceeded my expectations. The service provided to me throughout was totally professional but unstintingly friendly - I recommend them completely.

I was a bit nervous as a single woman entering the property market, but the team at JP put me at my ease immediately with their knowledge of the local market, friendly yet professional approach and policy of honesty and no b***s**t!! I really appreciated the way they handled appointments and viewings... I didn't feel under pressure to buy, but nor did I feel that they were trying to 'push' certain properties on to me, in the way that some agents do. They know Hastings extremely well - can't think of any negatives. And they even gave me a bottle of water on a hot viewing day. A great example of an independent estate agent. Don't hesitate to use them!
