GoogleHighly recommend Just Property. We saw around 30 properties and were beginning to lose hope then we fell in love with the first one we saw with Just. What should have been a really simple exchange ended up with lots of delays. Ben was fantastic throughout; he kept us constantly updated, was really straight talking and went over and above his job to get us in as soon as possible. Everyone at Just was a pleasure to deal with and Ben was a complete legend. Highly recommend.

Google5 star service from start to finish on my recent property sale- Just Property make you feel like you are their only client. Taking calls and returning emails first thing in the morning or right at the end of the day, sometimes I'm sure even outside of working hours. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. Refreshingly straight talking rather than trying to whip up hype, they are friendly and professional from the word go. Paul especially went above and beyond the call of duty to get my sale pushed through even after 2 buyers let us down at the last minute. At one point Paul was doing half the work of the solicitors on both sides as well as carrying out his own work with awesome efficiency. Highly recommended.

From the outset the service we received from Just Property was informative, professional and friendly, and when we sought support in ensuring the whole conveyancing process remained on track, Ben went out of his way to keep everyone informed - always remaining cheerful and good humoured, and taking into account everyone's personal preferences in terms of how to be contacted and what they needed to know. (When dealing with a range of age groups, I think this is an essential skill). Thank you for such a great service.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, I never had to chase them, they were always on top of the game, chasing others in the chain where necessary and keeping me updated all the time. GoogleLet's face it, moving house isn't easy! But we can honestly say that the whole team at Just Property made our buying and selling experience far less stressful than it could have been. Every one of them was helpful, understanding, patient, sympathetic and very supportive during a very difficult personal period in our lives. Above all, they are knowledgeable on the whole area as some of the staff members live in Fairlight and really are the best people to give advice on property in this beautiful part of the country. Whichever way we contacted them, by phone, email or just by popping into either the Hastings office or the Fairlight office, we were always treated with respect, no matter how many times we asked the same question!!!! The property details are superb with excellent photographs and written descriptions, which they give to each viewer at viewings, and I understand they now offer a video tour of properties. They offered to show viewers around our house whilst I walked our dogs, which was so helpful. We have used Just Property twice now and can recommend them highly - a team of lovely people. We will NEVER move again, as we have found our dream home .... but if we do, we will be using Just Property!! We can't thank all of you enough. Lots of love, Paul & Lisa Burton.

GoogleJust properties were very professional from start to completion. Their team were always friendly and approachable, usually recognising me as soon as I rang them. They clearly put a lot of effort into their customer service, and having had the opposite experience at another agent, it made a big and very welcome difference. They made sure the photos showed off the house in the best possible way, followed up after viewings, and kept us updated through the whole selling process. Attention to detail, attention to customers and a positive pain free experience. Can't fault them.

This time started a bit rockier than last time, with our house not selling in time to offer on a house we really wanted. When another property came onto the market, we couldn't have been supported through the process better. Thanks must go to everyone involved in the sale of our house, in particular, Paul and Colin who had to do a lot of ground work with conveyancers in order to get the exchange date we all needed. GoogleHaving bought and sold many houses both in England and Scotland, I have dealt with a number of estate agents. Having just sold my house, the property we purchased was being sold through Just Property. As often happens in house negotiations, things did not go to plan and although Just Property were not my agents, they were totally dedicated to ensure both their clients and my interests were foremost. Ben Davy, a partner in Just Property, was always available to answer my concerns during some frustrating times in the negotiations, go out of his way to resolve issues and was always very professional and a credit to his profession. I am hoping that this is my last house move but I would certainly use Just Property if I were to move again and would strongly recommend them without any hesitation.

GoogleI can't recommend Just Property enough. We had been looking for a flat in the Old Town for over a year. Whilst I was away with work a flat came on the market with another company and an agent at Just Property emailed me about it. We saw it straight away, it was perfect for us. They could quite easily have not emailed me and kept us as a customer but they knew exactly what we were after, we put an offer in and bought it. They have a great team, really helpful and the fact that they they were selfless enough to contact me about it speaks volumes for the company.

GoogleOutstanding and Professional Service!! I used Just Property for both my sale and my purchase recently and found the whole experience to be a lot less stressful thanks to Just Property. They go above and beyond to give you exceptional service, telephone calls and emails are answered promptly and efficiently and you are kept constantly in the loop. I have found other estate agents stop communicating once a sale has been agreed but Ben at Just Property continued to keep us updated on our sale and even went out of his way to negotiate in the place of my partner's sale in London when her estate agents failed to fulfil their professional role. Ben was truly amazing and worked extremely hard to make sure that the whole chain continued to move along, contacting all solicitors when information was needed and never losing sight of the end goal. Neither of us have ever experienced estate agents to be quite such a pleasure to communicate with, everyone in the office was aware of our 'case' and were all incredibly friendly and helpful if Ben wasn't around. The final touch of our gift box was so lovely and helped complete an actually pleasurable experience - all thanks to Ben at Just Property. I wouldn't use any other estate agent in future!

When our initial buyers pulled out they immediately emailed and rang potential buyers and booked viewings.
