TrustpilotA* service
After previously using many other estate agents within the area we couldn’t be happier to have discovered just property. The team are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of purchasing and selling property. They are fast and efficient and leave you feeling that nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend them to every one we know without hesitation, it gave us one less worry with what can ultimately be an extremely stressful time. Cannot think you all enough. Mr and Mrs Ennis

Ben at Just Property has literally been amazing!!! We have just bought through Just Property - our perfect home - and he has been holding our hand, so to speak, throughout the journey. We sold in another town, using an online estate agent, so he really helped to fill in the gaps for us and we wouldn't hesitate to use Just Property in the future to sell in Hastings / St Leonards. Thank you so much!
Hello Helen, Thank you for your kind words about Ben and for recommending our services. We wish you all the best in your new home :) Kind Regards, The JP Team

TrustpilotBest estate agents in the Hastings area!
My husband and I have bought and sold several properties in the Hastings/St Leonards area and we have found Just Property to be the best property agents in town by far. Honest, hard-working, professional and friendly are a few of the words I would use to describe them. Most important to me is the fact that they have integrity, something that isn't always the case in this field. We wouldn't consider listing with anyone else!
Hello Tracy, Thank you for your kind words about Just Property- it means a lot!! :) :)

Trustpilotthe best house sale experience
I have, as a result of my work, lived in a wide of places including two overseas countries. As a result, I have used a lot of Estate Agents.. I can honestly say that I have never, anywhere, had such a good experience in selling my house as I have with Just Property. Colin Siggs and his team worked so hard to ensure that everything went through and reached my desired completion/moving day. Colin was one of many estate agents involved in a 5 party chain, but was the only one who was. on a daily basis, proactive in pushing the chain to reach the desired outcome for all those involved.. I can't praise or thank Just Property highly enough. What is a stressful and uncertain time was made as smooth as could be achieved by their hard work and tenacious attention to detail throughout. Colin made sure I was kept up to date throughout the period and remained calm and friendly and informative. The only estate agent to use!
Patti, what lovely words thank you ever so much. We're delighted we got there in the end for you. Best wishes, Frederica Godfrey.

Trustpilot100% Professional Estate Agent
I think most of us when buying or selling a property have mixed experiences with estate agents, with most being pretty challenging. However, I must say the team at Just Property have been 100% on the ball, supportive, knowledgeable & willing to help no matter what the issue is. I purchased a property through these guys & I can say if & when I move house I'll be knocking on their door for sure. Totally professional estate agents & a pleasure to work with. Thanks to all the staff at Just property :-)

We chose Just Property because of their reputation and from recommendations. We were not disappointed! They are very professional and efficient and kept us informed all along. We had a difficult time with our chain because of our purchase but they worked hard to keep the long backward chain together to ensure we did not lose our sale, updating us frequently, and the result was a successful sale. I would certainly recommend them and would definitely use them again if we are brave enough to try another move!
Richard, thank you for your kind words, we're all delighted for you. Best, Just Property.

TrustpilotVery professional
Very professional, friendly and honest service. Everyone I spoke to, from when I walked in, to the person who showed me the property, to the follow up were all very helpful! I felt they went above and beyond in trying to accommodate me when it was difficult to get a hold of the seller to view a property and I was very impressed. I found another property that suited my needs more accurately somewhere else but my experience with Just Property would definitely make me want to sell through them when the time came. Thanks!
Edward, thank you for your lovely words. We wish you all the best. From Just Property.

TrustpilotFive Star Service from Start to Finish.
From the day we first approached Just Property to sell our home to the day the sale was completed we received five star service. As with many sales there were several hitches on the way, but each problem was dealt with quickly, efficiently and professionally. All the staff are to be commended for their excellent communication skills. Selling ones home is very stressful, and we were always kept informed and updated and made to feel valued as clients.
Elizabeth, it has been our pleasure. We wish you all the very best for the future. Kind regards, Just Property.

The service from Just Property was great - quick, efficient. They really understand the market and the viewers were very impressed with the knowledge of the property. It sold very quickly and we were given plenty of advice on the best offer based both on the price, as well as the buyer's position. Thank you very much for a smooth transaction. Would recommend to anyone not just in the Hastings area but also in Eastbourne.

TrustpilotBuying and Selling a property in Hastings
Just been through buying / selling in Hastings and came across many of the agents in the town but I would rate Just Property as the BEST. Marketing was excellent.Communication for viewings to sell and to buy was clear .Feedback updates available. To view properties were always punctual. Their advice and support for the pitfalls and handling of the rollercoaster that is moving house in the UK was offered with years of experience and knowledge. A great team who all communicate well with each other which I rate as essential in this market. I would only recommend Just Property in Hastings / St Leonards
Thank you Sally. Really pleased for you and your lovely family. All the best, Just Property.

I honestly would not use any other agent. Just property have a great team. From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, always friendly and there to help.
