TrustpilotThe best estate agent in Hastings on all counts!
From the point of valuation right through to completion, all of the staff at JP were professional, courteous and enthusiastic. During the process of buying and selling houses, we had numerous dealings with other agents and it is quite shocking how bad some are! Calls not returned, appointments not confirmed and emails not answered etc. JP returned all of our calls and emails in a very timely manner and were always there when we needed them. Their fees were in line with other agents and in some cases cheaper! All agents will come across positively at the time of valuation but it’s what happens afterwards that’s really important.Well done to everyone at JP (especially Ben) and no doubt our paths will cross again in the future.
Thank you for sharing your experience, it is very much appreciated!

Trustpilot1st Time Selling a House
This was the first time I have sold a house before and Just Property guided me through it effortlessly. They never once made me feel uncomfortable for asking questions about the process along the way. They were always genuinely happy to help and talk me through anything I wasn't sure of. I worked with different members of the team during the sale and who ever I came in contact with, I have high praise for. Just Property are not just about getting your money, they are sincere, friendly and truly do want to help you sell or buy your home. Thanks for getting me there guys! :-) I would definitely recommend using Just property..
Thank you for recommending us Sarah :)

TrustpilotGreat company
I’ve had a great experience dealing with various employees of Just Property and found them all to be very polite, professional and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Without them forwarding an email to the seller on how much I loved the property it may never have been mine and I’m so glad they kept their word. Thank you so much.
Thank you Toni!!

TrustpilotHigh level of customer service - would recommend !
I recommend this company for their high level of customer service. I was acting as executor for the sale of my late father's property. The timescales were lengthy and the chain complicated but Ben 'stuck with it' and we got there in the end. Ben kept me up to date with proceedings on a regular basis and I was never left wondering what was going on. The staff were always polite, respectful and professional and I would have no hesitation in instructing 'Just Property' should I consider selling my own house in the future. Thank you all for your help at what was a difficult and emotional time in my life. Great job!
Your kind words about us as a company, is very much appreciated! We wish you all the best.

TrustpilotBrilliant service from start to finish
Brilliant service from start to finish. The team worked hard to get our chain in place and then kept us updated throughout. At exchange when the solicitors dragged their feet Just Properties kept on top of developments and stayed in contact. Thanks for getting us moved when others failed!
Thank you Debbie, all the best in the future :)

TrustpilotIncredible service
Ben at Just Property was managing properties 2 above us in the chain and was incredible. He was far more helpful than the agent we had to pay our fees to. Ben made the process as stress free as it could be and we can’t thank him and Just Property enough. Incredibly impressed and can’t recommend enough.
Thank you for sharing your experience of using Just Property!!

TrustpilotJust Property - Highly recommended!
Just Property just provided invaluable, dependable support through what turned out to be a pretty complicated purchase (through no fault of Just Property!). During a protracted process, they followed up all enquiries promptly and always did their utmost to chase up on issues. We had to navigate unforeseen complications with a share of freehold and I I would say without the diligence of Just Property, this sale may well never have reached completion. I would not hesitate to use them again! A well earned 5 stars!
Thank you for your kind words about us, we are glad it all worked out in the end :)

Thanks to all.

TrustpilotAbsolutely Wonderful Estate Agents
Absolutely wonderful Estate Agents ! We bought through Just Property & experienced an excellent service all round. Ben is very experienced, calm & level headed & kept us updated every step of the way. When it came to exchange & things were getting a bit tense & not quite going to plan .. he stepped in, took the lead & both our sale and our purchase through. Highly recommended & IF we ever sold again .. would definitely use ! It pays to have experienced individuals on your side.
Thank you so much for your honest and kind words about Ben. We got there in the end!! Kind Regards, Just Property
