As a buyer it’s not usual to have such a good relationship with the estate agent dealing with the house you’re buying, but I can honestly say Dan and his team have been outstanding! From my first point of contact to completion, they have been there every step of the way and remarkable in comparison with my selling agents. I cannot recommend Umbrella Homes highly enough. It’s such a refreshing change to feel so valued and nothing was too much trouble for them. They really did go well above and beyond for me and as a purchaser, not many people can say that! Dan was so efficient in everything he did. House buying/selling is stressful, but Dan made it much less so and was so supportive. I couldn’t be happier with my new home and would not hesitate to recommend Umbrella Homes. From my first call to him he found me the perfect home and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you Dan from the bottom of my heart! If you have a house to sell or looking to purchase, do yourself a favour and make Umbrella Homes your first port of call!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I rented a property through Jordan Halstead and have to say 5* service from start to finish. Very friendly, helpful and professional agent. With special mention to Katy Naylor who was fantastic throughout and went above and beyond - She was by far the best estate agent I've ever dealt with.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

We have just completed on the sale of our property and I cannot thank Cameron enough for everything that he did with regards to making the sale happen. From the word go, J&H were incredibly proactive, professional and very responsive when getting back to us with any queries. They sold our house within a month of it being on the market and procured lots of viewings. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Katy has been fantastic during our whole process. We met her at the house in which she was very helpful answering any questions we had. From then on she was our point of contact the whole time and always available to help us with extra queries we had, as it was our first time renting. Katy went above and beyond for us and we would like to thank her and can 100% recommend Jordan & Halstead to others. Thanks again, Harry LivingstonePositiveQuality

I don’t often leave reviews but in this case I felt the need to. I recently had to move unexpectedly and quickly; also due to some historical financial complications I was rather nervous about the application process. Katy A-N at Jordan and Halstead was incredible throughout the whole process of finding a property to let. Katy is understanding, knowledgable, professional and attentive. I really felt like Katy wanted to help me find the right home for me and she was happy to go above and beyond. Over the period of a couple of weeks she kept in touch regularly to check in with me, offer advice if I needed it and to set my expectations. I really did not feel like I was doing it alone. I of course contacted various letting agencies regarding properties I was interested in and my unusual circumstances, however still to this day no other letting agencies have returned my enquiries; whereas Katy was straight on the case and happy to take on the challenge. Thank you so much Katy for all of your help and support, you have turned a usually stressful process into an absolute pleasure and I would certainly use and recommend JH because of you.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Selling a property with JH has been very positive so far. Cameron has been fantastic. Extremely responsive, detailed and thorough. He managed to get plenty of views within a week of instruction and I received a favourable offer. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I would certainly recommend !

Again Katy has been extremely helpful in arranging the let-only process for my flat and tenants. Katy has communicated with me (the landlord) and prospective tenants really well and works hard at delivering a great service. I would highly recommend Katy for her supportive role in this process.

Katy is always very professional, effective and again has done a fantastic job. Starting with advice following vacation of the previous tenant to get the property in order, her network of tradesmen was invaluable, and her database and contacts to find the perfect new tenants is very impressive. Management of the whole process, including departure of previous tenant, handling new tenants' expectations, contracts, documentation and managing my own (as landlord) and contractors timescales and deadlines has been exemplary. This has made the whole process extremely smooth and simple without missing or forgetting any element for which I am incredibly grateful and it is a pleasure to work with her and I would strongly recommend Katy to any landlord or tenant. Great job many thanks again.PositiveProfessionalism
