Most other agents tend to be reactive and just wait for the phone to ring...Katy is extremely PRO-active, as well as being very professional and knowledgable. GoogleI purchased a house from Jordan Halstead and wished I had used them for the sale of my house as well in hindsight. They were the most helpful people in the process and pro-actively chased both sides to help get the purchase over the line. They even stayed late on a Friday to handover the keys. Also recommended a good local solicitor.

GoogleI have recently purchased a property through Jordan & Halstead in Wilmslow. Sue Bollington conducted the initial viewing & was our point of contact through to completion. Sue was an absolute pleasure to deal with, always so friendly & on the ball. She kept us constantly updated & really helped push the conveyancing process along. I will definitely use J&H to sell my properties in the future & I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleI can highly recommend Cameron Lukas and his colleagues at the Wilmslow branch of Jordan & Halstead. Cameron is helpful, professional and very thorough in all aspects of his work. All the team are accessible, friendly and very accommodating. In particular when we needed to access the property we were purchasing, with our architect and builders on numerous occasions. We were kept updated and in the loop throughout. We cannot thank you enough and look forward to working with you again in the not too distant future.

GoogleI've had a great experience so far with Jordan & Halstead specifically Sophie who I liased with before my viewing, showed me round the apartment and assisted me through the application period. She was kind, patient, flexible, available and knowledgeable an overall lovely person who is a credit to Jordan & Halstead. When Sophie couldn't assist me she was still helpful and referred me to the right people that could help me. Gemma was one of these people who was also, gratefully, kind, professional and worked very timely. I have had very few issues so far with the property and the issues I have had have been fixed promptly and to a high standard. No problems with this Estate Agents so far and would recommend. I'll try and leave a review when my contract come to an end in the future to reflect on that experience too.

With me being overseas it had been difficult to find an estate agents who were willing to assist, but the first time I spoke to Katy she wanted to help me right away, and I'm so grateful. GoogleAfter over a year of frustration using other agents Dan stepped in to take on the sale of my shared ownership home. From the beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable and always available to talk me through each stage - often outside working hours! He quickly secured me a reliable buyer and was there every step of the way - from offer accepted to completion. Dan's knowledge of the market helped get things done and we managed to go from offer accepted to exchange in just 9 weeks - surely some kind of record for a shared ownership property!
