COULDNT GET A BETTER ESTATE AGENTS IF YOU TRIED !! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ our house purchase has been the purchase from hell for many unforeseen setbacks from the sellers side and Dan from Jordan & Halstead has been right there with us every step of the way trying his absolute best to sort out every situation thrown our way, many of them including him working overtime and out of hours or just being an absolute trooper without us even having to mention anything to him he would already be neck deep trying to sort things for us !! We cannot thank them enough for everything they have done during our purchase process and We cannot recommend Jordan & Halstead enough !! If I could give them more than a 5 star rating I definitely would x

Oh my goodness what a whirlwind experience, Katie you were my saviour from beginning to end in this incredible adventure with only 4 weeks from viewing to completion . Managing a purchase from overseas could have been the nightmare I was expecting and instead Katie took me under her Umbrella and guided me step by step anticipating my every question, worry or eventual complexity that I might come up against. An incredible professional, proactive and understanding person. My forever thanks for everything Katie, you were over and above every step of the way.

Absolutely over the moon!! Me and my partner have had nothing but fantastic service from Dan! He has been excellent help right from the very start of viewing our property, super supportive, professional and always at the end of the phone for anything! We couldn’t have asked for anything more, he’s just brilliant. Thank you Dan for everything and we will always recommend you! 🙌🏽

Have had nothing but a personal and professional service from Dan & Katie over the last few months. Having decided the time is right to sell our portfolio or rental properties we wanted an estate agent who would not only provide a great service to us, but who would also be considerate to the needs of our long standing tenants. Couldn’t have asked for more! 3 properties sold in the last 3 months, hoping for the same success with the next 3 just listed!! We’ve dealt with a lots of estate agents over the years but I wouldn’t choose anyone else now! Cheers guys

I cannot rate Umbrella Homes enough. From start to finish Dan and Katie have been excellent, being my first purchase it is a very intimidating experience but going with Umbrella homes everything ran smoothly with solicitors and mortgage advisors being offered under one “umbrella”. Dan has been so patient, despite things taking a while on my behalf, he never rushed me. He also he helped explain the process to me as a first time buyer in a simple way- which is very rare !! It has really been a great experience . I am so lucky to have come across Umbrella Homes! Thank you Dan and Katie !!

I am absolutely thrilled and over the moon. Katie Boult could not be anymore supportive towards me renting this particular property. From start till finish she is been a total gem. She helped and guided me into the correct direction all the way through. Highly professional, extremely polite and exceptionally friendly. Talking about Dan. What a great guy. Very approachable friendly and professional. He kept the conversation sweet crisp and too the point. He never oversold me the property which made me more interested in the property. Overall top top experience with Katie,Dan and Jordan and Halstead. Thank you so so much.

Katie and Dan at the Middlewich J&H office were absolutely amazing from start to finish while buying our new house. They really did go above and beyond and were so accommodating with our needs. Communication was great and they kept us informed and updated throughout the whole process. Any questions we had were no trouble at all and they responded very quickly. Would highly recommend J&H at Middlewich.

Couldn't recommend enough, dealt with Cameron who assisted with a sale of a property in Hale and he was really a different class to the usual agents you find in that area. Super helpful, very friendly, made the whole process as easy as it could be.

Having had little experience of Estate agents for many years I did my research and Jordan & Halstead was one of three I approached for the sale of my late father's house. Cameron was courteous from the start , knowledgeable of the local area and understanding of the wrench of selling our family home of over 50 years. Given the circumstances I wanted to choose a smaller estate agent who offered a more personal touch and i believe he delivered in achieving that. Silly as it may seen i haven't forgotten how he took off his shoes before entering the house and that to me was a sign of someone who would be respectful and courteous in his dealings with me. That proved to be true. Both Cameron and Sue were friendly but professional and showed empathy for the difficult circumstances of the sale which we very much appreciated. Despite to the long probate process which presented a few challenges with the sale and also in turbulent times Cameron consistently kept me updated, chased solicitors etc for us and responded personally and promptly to emails and enquiries. I can highly recommend him and Sue for their professionalism, and friendly not pushy, personal approach and hope they thrive in the Wilmslow area.

I chose Jordan and Halstead as their valuation was in the middle of “3 local estate agents”. So glad I did, Cameron and Sue were always helpful and easy to contact, and certainly seemed to know what they were doing. I can’t recommend them more highly, really excellent company to deal with.

Cameron and Sue are fantastic agents to deal with. They go above and beyond to try and find you that next purchase listening to your requirements and as a seller to ensure that they get you the right deal. We have had a great experience with them and want to thank them for all their efforts in our search. I would highly recommend them if you need an estate agent. Thank you for your help.

I cannot praise nor thank the team at Jordan & Halstead enough! Aside from being lovely and professional people, Sue and Cameron have worked tremendously hard throughout to get me where I needed to be. There were some shaky moments - but Sue was absolutely relentless in her resolve to make it all happen. Thank you so much!

Amazing service from Sue in the Wilmslow branch. Through having to wait for probate after the loss of a loved one, Sue was so helpful and patient. Great communication and updates. This was my first time having to deal with the sale of a house. Sue made it run smoothly. Would definitely recommend Jordan & Halstead Wilmslow.

Right from the beginning of our buying and selling process, the team at Jordan Halstead have been amazing. From Cameron’s realistic valuation and excellent understanding of the market to great communication and support from everyone in the office at all times. Sue has been amazing! The best and most patient sales negotiator ever. She has been a constant calm support during what is almost always a stressful experience of moving house. Thank you to all of you. Would highly recommend.
