GoogleChris provided a professional, friendly and very efficient service selling my property from start to end. From initial evaluation being accurate and competitive, to securing viewings and obtaining offers very quickly after listing, and communicating with me and the onward chain throughout the process. I happily bought my property 6 years ago via Jonathan Hunt and now happily sold it with them, and can say they have been well worth returning for their services.

GoogleHouse was on the market for only a few weeks with viewings from serious people, leading to a negotiated acceptable offer by Daniel, who dealt with the highly emotional sale in an extremely sensitive way. The solicitor (Gisbeys), were also amazing. Both come highly recommended and Daniel Carter is my goto estate agent.

We had no hesitation in remaining loyal to Daniel- we purchased our current property through him - due to his excellent service, his attention to detail, his consistent optimism and encouragement and his good humour. We are moving to Suffolk from Welwyn, wonder if he will take on the challenge when we next move (probably!). Russel & Cynthia Brooks. June-2021: Daniel initially valued our property for sale - he was also the agent we originally purchased the property through, 4 years earlier! We were impressed then and had no hesitation in now selling through him. Once listed and an offer received, Chris took the reins and was attentive, on the ball, responsive and an all-round professional. GoogleJonathan Hunt lettings dept have managed my 2 studio flats since 2022. To date they have done a great job of finding tenants, setting up the AST and related procedures and then dealing with any issues via their fully managed service. Ingrid in particular has been excellent.

GoogleWe put in an offer on a property on the basis is was taken off the market it was agreed and the offer was accepted, paid over a £1k for a survey and instructed a solicitor, to be told by Daniel at Jonanthan Hunt that he actually continued to carry out viewings and the vendor has accepted a higher offer of £10k without even consulting us. This is the reason estate agents have a bad reputation, not even a courtesy of offering to cover the survey. Bunch of con artists!!!!

GoogleI thoroughly recommend Jonathan Hunt if you are looking to either rent or sell your property. I initially rented my house through them & Ingrid found a brilliant tenant who really looked after my property. More laterally I sold my house through them. The sale presented its challenges further down the chain but every step of the way Dan was so resilient & supportive. I found that nothing was to much trouble . They were knowledgeable, fair and really straight forward to deal with ! Thank you Jonathan Hunt !

I found this a very stressful situation to manage but all of the staff at Jonathan Hunt were polite, patient and above all professional. GoogleI have been trying to sell my property with Jonathan Hunt Estate Agents based in Ware over the last 20 months, in what has been a very difficult time for the housing market. They have been excellent, with clear communication throughout and regular insights into the state of the market. After over 90 viewings, 11 offers, and 3 buyers dropping out it’s very pleasing that the hard work and commitment has finally paid off. A massive thank you to Daniel in particular who has been outstanding. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to sell or buy in the Ware area.
