GoogleCan’t recommend this place enough, as a first time renter I had a lot of questions and Sam handled everything amazingly and was keen to help with anything I needed. The process was quick and I was informed of everything going on every step of the way. Definitely will be using H&P in future!!

GoogleI have used Jonathan Hunt for 14 years, initially for the purchase of a house to rent out, then for them to manage that property for the 14 years I held it and most recently to sell the house. The level of service from both the sales and the lettings sides has been nothing short of excellent throughout. Simon and Ingrid provided a highly professional lettings management service, vetting tenants thoroughly and keeping a close eye on the property at all times. They were also able to find suitable tradesmen to undertake repair works when necessary at very reasonable prices. Finally when it was time to sell, they managed the end of the tenancy extremely well and Daniel and Chris obtained a buyer in 8 days and kept in touch while we moved the buyers forward towards exchange. A consistently high level of service throughout the whole period for which I am very grateful.

GoogleYay! We exchanged today. Chris is a great communicator and has kept me informed from the beginning of my purchase. I would also say that he is calm when faced with mild hysteria (mine)! As a buyer I didn’t choose the estate agent but I am so pleased that my vendor did. So given the choice I would certainly recommend Jonathan Hunt Estate Agents.
