⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’ve had such a fantastic experience with this estate agent, and especially with Genna. From the very beginning she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. My partner and I are moving in together, so finding the right place meant a lot to us, and Genna really went above and beyond to make it happen. She put in so much effort behind the scenes, kept us updated every step of the way, and was always pleasant, professional, and easy to deal with. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for her. Thanks to Genna’s dedication and hard work, my partner and I have found the perfect place to start this exciting new chapter together. We’re so grateful for everything she did for us. Truly outstanding service, a genuine 5-star experience. OMG what can I say, total shambles of a company, house rented out for 2 years left in such a state, when questioned about it no explanation, Ariel to TV cut , Sky installed without permission, numerous items missing from the kitchen, Never went to check on the property in all the time it was let out. Charged the landlady to have the property cleaned when pictures sent of the state the house was in after they said it had been checked by them. realised the deposit without checking on the property and without landlords permission would not recommend this company to anyone Total waste of space, lack of knowledge of how to complete an itinerary and how to then check the itinerary when tenant leaves. BREACH OF CONTRACT all the way and they charge you £90 for the privilege !!!!!!!

From the very start the service we received has been excellent. Couldn’t have done anything better. Photos taken on Friday, house was online by Monday morning and we had 3 offers above asking price by Friday! Every time I called or emailed with a query the phone was answered or the email replied to promptly. Sounds like a little thing but this is massive to me - that someone picks up the phone when you call! Super nice people, very professional, kept us updated and did any chasing required without being asked. Don’t be conned Into going with an agent that quotes you the highest sales price, they do that just to get the gig and then turn out to be useless service wise. H and p suggested a realistic price at a level that would tempt buyers in and got us sold quickly (for a price well above what we were expecting) rather than starting high and then having to come down.
