From the very beginning she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. My partner and I are moving in together, so finding the right place meant a lot to us, and Genna really went above and beyond to make it happen. She put in so much effort behind the scenes, kept us updated every step of the way, and was always pleasant, professional, and easy to deal with. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for her. Thanks to Genna’s dedication and hard work, my partner and I have found the perfect place to start this exciting new chapter together. We’re so grateful for everything she did for us. GoogleHolden and Prescot are an excellent estate agent. They manage my rental properties with great care and thoughtfulness. Inspections are carried out appropriately and any issues are sorted out efficiently. I have also had recent experience with the sales department who work to the same high standards. Most importantly, all the staff are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful.

We are almost 80 yrs old & have lived in our current house for 47 yrs so we very much appreciated how the whole process was managed so professionally & thoughtfully. We had regular contact & all our questions were answered promptly. Every member of staff we spoke to was pleasant & positive but our particular thanks go to Harvey who managed our sale & purchase. In all this is a brilliant team of estate agents & we are glad we chose them.
