GoogleWe had a fantastic experience with John Minnis Estate Agents from start to finish. Initially, we had agreed on a house with Lynzi but later changed our minds. The team handled this with complete professionalism, without any pressure or negativity, which was truly appreciated. Throughout our search, we viewed numerous properties with them, and Josh was always welcoming and accommodating when showing us around. When we finally found our home, Abbie was our estate agency representative. She was an excellent communicator, clear and direct without ever being rude. Her professionalism, along with the rest of the team, made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was a pleasure to do business with John Minnis, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. A great team that genuinely cares about their clients!

GoogleSelling our property turned out to be far more complex than we ever anticipated, with the sale unfortunately falling through a few times for reasons beyond anyone’s control. Throughout it all, the team at John Minnis and particularly Lynzi, showed extraordinary tenacity, professionalism, and attention to detail. Lynzi and her team never lost momentum. They kept communication clear, consistent, and proactive from start to finish, and their determination to see the sale through was truly impressive. At times when we were ready to give up, they pushed forward with absolute diligence and care, always focused on getting the best outcome. We’re incredibly grateful for the persistence, patience, and genuine dedication shown by the whole team. If you’re looking for an estate agent who will go the extra mile (and then some), you won’t find better. Thank you again, Lynzi, we couldn’t have done it without you.
Thank you Grainne for your kind feedback. We will pass this on to Lynzi and her team!

GoogleI had a site to sell and unfortunately the sale fell through with the previous agent and after that no progress was evident. I contacted John Minnis and he was very professional giving a realistic view of the market suggesting a lower price. Once on the market the Team in the Comber office were very professional keeping me updated regularly which was appreciated as I had already moved to England. In the end the sale price exceeded our expectations which was due in no small part to the sales team. I was impressed at all stages of the process until it was completed and I have no hesitation in recommending John Minnis Estate Agents.
Thank yo Henry for your positive feedback, we will pass this on to John and the Comber Team!

GoogleNicole oversaw the purchase of my buy to let. Due to vender complications with it having been a co-ownership it wasn’t straightforward but she helped make the process smooth and ensured things kept moving forward. She also presented the keys beautifully - a lovely touch - it helped make it feel like the important achievement that it is. If you’re looking for a professional, efficient, responsive sale/purchase service that has great attention to detail, I’d recommend Nicole Reynor at John Minnis. She really does go the extra mile.
Thank you Kate for your kind words about Nicole and her team in Comber, I will pass on your lovely feedback!
