GoogleFrom my very first meeting with Lynzi at John Minnis, I knew I had made the right decision in choosing them to sell my mum’s property. Lynzi was professional, approachable and incredibly knowledgeable from the outset, and she made the whole process feel straightforward and well managed. The entire team have been exceptional throughout, with excellent communication, a genuine commitment to doing what they say they will do, and a consistently professional, authentic approach. I’d also like to mention Amelia, who was always so lovely, helpful and responsive whenever I called. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and she was always quick to get back to me or make sure my query was dealt with promptly. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending John Minnis and would happily use them again in the future. Thank you to Linzi, Amelia and the whole team for making what can be a stressful process so much easier.

GoogleSelling our home with John Minnis was such a great experience. From the initial walk through, brochure and online details and advertising, Susan talked us through it all. Nicole and Hannah (from Comber office) also so easy to work with. Not forgetting Scot…. I would wholeheartedly encourage potential home sellers and purchasers to use this Company. More like friends Thank you for all you have done for us both. You made it painless and easy.

GoogleWe would recommend John Minnis Estate Agents, Comber without hesitation. The staff are marvellous and were so helpful in the sale of our house. The level of exposure on social media was first class but the "piece de resistance " was when they managed to have our home featured on Escape to the Country. Great communication from all the staff and all negotiations were carried out professionally and with excellent good humour. We are now searching for a new home and we continue to receive help and advice in this respect. 5 star review without question.
